Einstein Bros. Bagels

Absolutely love this place. Yanet is very helpful. They keep up on the store making sure it’s clean, stocked and organized. She is a nice person and very great at communicating. She’s amazing with the customer and keeping up with the orders when it gets busy.

The 4 employees couldn’t keep up with the 3 guests. One lady was helping me but she stopped to answer the phone and then help the 2 other guests, who got out of order and the last guy that walked in, left first. Then another employee finally came over to help me, only to get my order wrong (1 bagel) and then burn it afterwards. This took about 12 mins to get 1 bagel.

Stop prioritizing remote orders over your in person customers. 1 in person order delivered for about 4 remote orders. Not a good look. 25 minutes to get a single bagel is completely unacceptable.

Not even an apology. My order was scheduled to be ready at 9:40. At 10:00 I went to inquire to the staff about the status of my order. 5 minutes later I was told that she had two different Paul orders. Mine obviously was discarded because she thought she had completed the Paul order. I was not at all rude or anything, I’m not big on making a big deal out of stuff. She threw my order together in about 30 seconds and handed to me turned around and walked away without saying a word. I’m not looking for reimbursement just giving a heads up about your customer service. I usually order every weekend when I’m home but now I will probably take my business elsewhere.

Great Food and Superior friendly Service.

I don't know what has happened to the location on Thunderbird Rd @ 40th St. In the last few months the service has been awful. One day there had to be 5 people behind the counter working yet had to wait for my order for so long when it had been sitting there instead of being put on the shelf. When someone does walk over they completely ignore me and ask someone else. I finally get my order or should I say someone else's order I didn't look in the bag. I had to drive all the way back. Then today my last day of vacation I was so excited to go get my bagel and cream cheese and I decide to not toast it this time. It is literally uncooked like chewy dough I can't even eat it all I taste is dough. The little twice baked hash brown bites I don't know what happened to him but dry. Get it together Einstein's we have choices there are other bagels in town.

Definitely my favorite bagel place in town not only is it close to where I live, but I always find the Customer Service to be excellent. My favorite bagel is the pumpernickel toasted with extra cream cheese. Thank you for all of a good Customer Service. It does not go unrecognized.

I drank my coffee

I'm a regular at this Einstein bagels.Today the bagel was tough and chewy as well as the salmon.
The red onion was thrown on in pieces. Unusual for them. They need to make sure it doesn't happen on a regular basis.
