We experienced the worst customer service from cashier Ashley today. A simple question was asked which is if I can I place an order for 2 bagels, one for here and one to go and the answer was sure. Everyone was packages and when I asked Ashley that I requested one to be for here, her answer was oh well everything was to go and there is nothing I can do about it. Bad attitude, poor customer service. I wouldn’t keep such an employee in my restaurant.

Bagels here are garbage. Super thin and all crust. Waste of money. Go to Albertsons bakery next door.

Edit to reply to Einstein’s comment:
Your online contract us is out of order and nobody at your store answers the phone. You people are a mess.

Sheese, if your gonna pay $10 for a sandwich here you'd expect to get it on a good bagel. 1 o'clock and 60% of bagels unavailable. The selection of only 1 in a 100 flavor someone would eat left. Poor business model lost my business today. Outa Bengals and no napkins to boot. Wife was starving, ended up having to get a green chili begal and pick off the chili so as to not waste time and go somewhere else. Guuuuuuuuuuu...

Slow in-person service. Seems to favor online ordering. Wasn't busy inside. Left after 15-20 minute wait without order as we had to be somewhere else.

Great cranberry bagels.

Welcome to the new normal. Horrible wait times, no one cares, and here I sit writing a review no one will ever read or care about. #2025

Good food. Friendly service. Convenient food for those in the go.

The food is what you’d expect from Einstein’s: solid. This is, however, far and away, the SLOWEST location I’ve ever been to. Middling service…I’ve ordered ahead and left 15 mins and it still wasn’t ready.

It's a small and a new place. The staff messed up my order twice. I'm not sure where their focus was but except for one the other members didn't seem to care about the quality of their work. Kinda disappointing as I've noticed good work ethic and attention to detail at most bagel stores.

Vegetarian options: Every option can be modified to a vegetarian version.

There are some tables placed very close together but zero outlets at this coffee shop.

I have been on in on many occasions and they arely able to get an order correct. The facility is gross, do yourself a favor and don't look at the roof. Staff hygiene is questionable at best.

To top it off, get through the line, and they won't accept a $50 for a $41.90 order. Needless to say I won't be returning.

In the winter, it's nice to sit outside. And there is some shady spots under a tree. The low star score comes from the fact they burn every bagel. They need to turn their toaster down.
