Einstein Bros. Bagels

The food is what you’d expect from Einstein’s: solid. This is, however, far and away, the SLOWEST location I’ve ever been to. Middling service…I’ve ordered ahead and left 15 mins and it still wasn’t ready.

It's a small and a new place. The staff messed up my order twice. I'm not sure where their focus was but except for one the other members didn't seem to care about the quality of their work. Kinda disappointing as I've noticed good work ethic and attention to detail at most bagel stores.

Vegetarian options: Every option can be modified to a vegetarian version.

I have been on in on many occasions and they arely able to get an order correct. The facility is gross, do yourself a favor and don't look at the roof. Staff hygiene is questionable at best.

To top it off, get through the line, and they won't accept a $50 for a $41.90 order. Needless to say I won't be returning.

In the winter, it's nice to sit outside. And there is some shady spots under a tree. The low star score comes from the fact they burn every bagel. They need to turn their toaster down.

2 registers open order my food before the guy next to me orders 6 bagels with eggs. My order two Bagels with a smear toasted. I get my food after the person with the big order. My chocolate chip Bagel is burnt. The smear is like the leftovers you are trying to get off the knife so it looks clean. Like what are we doing here ripping off customers or running a business, $9 for $1.25 in goods and skimp on the cream cheese.

I don’t write reviews a lot but man the lady working I think named “brittany” was beyond rude!! We got served apple juice that was labeled 2 weeks expired to my pregnant girlfriend that drank it. When we called and told them what happened they promised a FULL REFUND ON OUR ENTIRE ORDER ($24) on a recorded line. After driving 30 minutes to get the refund the lady changed up her mind and said she only wanted to refund us $4!! Cost more in gas $ just to drive and get that. WTH. They offered us a free bagel (which they messed it up completely once we opened up the food in the car. We asked for pepperoni they gave us cheese! Lady was talking so much crap about us too behind the counter so loud we heard the whole thing. Saying things like “I don’t care at all”. And just “throw it in the box and that will be enough”. Ridiculous customer service. Manager needs to do some firings if I was in there position.

The place is nice but I put in an order yesterday for 2 bagels and the doggy bagels. First my bagels were absolutely wrong nothing was correct. Not the flavor of bagel except 1, not the cream cheese, they weren’t toasted. Then my doggy bagel wasn’t in the bag. Then I called because my order was an online pick up order, and when they answered and I explained what happened. The guy said “oh my bad you can come in tomorrow and get that dog bagel”. I know accidents happen I feel like a little more care about the incident would have been nice. But besides that the inside is very clean, even though the bagels were wrong they were still good.

Okay ordered a bunch of stuff at this location and they missed one sandwich…I get it…busy location… but the service and the way the customer service handled the misunderstanding was beautiful. They re-made two of the missed sandwich after we came back and coupons to compensate for next time. Definitely been visiting this place for years and will continue to come back.
