Einstein Bros. Bagels

I would give 4 maybe 5 stars if our online orders weren't getting stolen all the time. My husband & I have been going here for a while mostly out of convince because it's so close. But recently our orders have been getting stolen, your system for online pick ups is not working if just anyone can just walk in and take our order. Fix that then maybe I'll give you more stars.

Ordered my food at 8:44, didn't get it until 9:30, apparently someone stole the order which ok I understand, but I tried speaking with someone for atleast 10 minutes and got ignored by everyone including the manager, who was just standing there making eggs, I would think as a fellow restaurant manager it's not to hard to see a customer standing in front of you looking antsy and ask, can I help you or atleast offer an apology of some sort, which I got neither.

Love this location. Although they are very busy, always friendly and accommodating. Love their bagels, fresh as always. I want to specially appreciate Nick and Taylor. They are the best. Happy to be back to this location anytime.

The bagels are good and they have excellent cream cheese but the customer service is lacking. The gal behind the register is nice enough but they always seem shorthanded in the morning. I had her run my bagels through the slicer and it only chopped off the top third of the bagel and sometimes at an angle leaving an awkward and unmatched two pieces. Besides that it's fine. Nothing to write home about

Every time I come here to get food, there’s always a long Line and a slow cashier. I don’t have 25 minutes to be waiting On someone to take my order and then another 15 minutes for my food

Went in today at opening and once AGAIN THEY WERE NOT OPEN. Was told they didnt open because the GM here wasn't there to open the store. The GM needs to do better and show up to work on time. It's so insane how much this new GM changed this store for the worse. How can the owner be okay with this GM not showing up on time to work over and over again. Why not just open up at 7 am instead so the GM can get there in time so the store can be open on time.

The tall guy in this Einstein bagel shop in Desert ridge marketplace is very rude, authoritative and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Very bad and worst experience with this guy who is spoiling Einstein bagels good reputation and service experience for customers. Very bad experience

this place was absolutely amazing, my lady & i came here everyday while we were staying right next door over at the marriott, Nick was just phenomenal to us & walked us through the menu & told us his favorites which we had to get & their our favorites now, we will be coming back & asking for Nick !
