Service was fast abd friendly. I love how quickly they completed my order and how friendly the service was. If anything, I would recommend to make the sitting area more inviting. There was a few tables and chairs but the place looks like it needs a better sitting area... add a few tables... maybe a couch... a working area... but everything else was great

Went to purchase a dozen of bagels 🥯 and they were already prepared fresh with the onion & chive spread cream cheese it was delicious 😋 thank you. I definitely will coming back soon

Some of the best staff I have experienced for a morning cup. I think the name was Hallie (NY cap) and the recognition of remembering me during my travels was great. Truly a great team member and made me feel valued. Bagels were delicious also.

Busy friendly but no lox or lox cream cheese. The cashier appeared to not know what I was asking for. If you want lox and bagels, not the shoppe to visit.

I understand this place is new and it would take time to work the bugs out.
But it took 30mins to get two bagels and me asking for a refund before we received our order.
The people in front of me received their order in 10min and were leaving before my food even came out.
I understand being new. But still 1/2 hour for an order is crazy.

I had such a great experience at this Einstein Bros. Bagels! The food was fresh, the coffee was hot, and the service was excellent. I especially want to mention Michael, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and clearly cares about both the customers and his team. You can really feel the positive atmosphere he’s created in the store.
