Be careful when eating here, we found a metal wire in our food and still got charged for part of our order.

The food is delicious but the wait time is too long. You will at least wait 20 min or more for orders to go. Be prepared to wait for a couple popusas. The wait staff is not the problem I think it is the kitchen is short staffed.

Tried to ordered here and I’m guessing the cook answered not th e lady that usually answers and he was extremely rude and was mocking everything I said and when he asked for my names her repeated it but said it like he didn’t understand .He got upset that I didn’t want a bottled soda and wanted the canned soda. He sounded extremely machista and I won’t be ordering here ever again

This Sunday at 7pm I took my family to eat again at this restaurant. You had already had bad service here but we decided to give it one more chance. When we entered, no one served us for 15 minutes. Suddenly a girl asked us if we could eat here or take away. I answered to eat here and he told me that they were very busy that I couldn't stay to eat just takeout but he couldn't guarantee that the food would turn out well because they had a lot of orders, the restaurant was 70% empty and they weren't going to close until an hour later. I could not understand the attitude of these people. I had never experienced so much arrogance and bad service. There are many Salvadoran restaurants in Phx. Don't waste your time and money on this one. I am Salvadoran and we are friendly. We are never arrogant like these people.

It's definitely not good at all, I love Salvadoran food but the food in that place is terrible.

I decided to give them another chance today... I bought two tamales, some chicken and one pork, the chicken one was delicious and everything was good... the pork one not so much, it only had two pieces of pork but one was pure fat! (See photo) It also took a little longer than 30 minutes to receive my order. ?

The food was really good but the service was terrible, not the 1st Pupusetia that I have gone too that the service was bad. It's a disappointment.

Had my first visit and it definitely won't be my last. Although there was a bit of a wait time, the food was worth it. The nice gal who took our order offered a small sample of their horchata, letting us aware that it is different than other places. It was yummy, less sweet than the usual. I've been craving pupasas for the longest time & what I had... definitely hit the spot!! Ps, try the pupusas with their habanero hot sauce they have posted at their tables! There's a kick.
