The server we had was not friendly at all. But nevermind that, my family and I are now sick in bed with food poisoning after eating their beans. 1 whole vacation day wasted, hoping tmrw will be better.

The experience we had at this restaurant was unacceptable. The wait staff was extremely rude and the food was subpar. We will not return.

Disappointed not worth the time. Food, drinks and service have gone downhill. We will never be back.

Carney Asada stake was very small and Tough, portions seem to be getting Smaller (Shrinkflation) and you only get 1 enchilada now where you used to get 2.
Been coming here for many years, seems to have lost overall quality since COVID...but may places have. I still recommend El Encanto Dos 😊

Shocked to wait 30 - 45 minutes for a party of 7 at 5:30pm on a Saturday night, with 60% of the restaurant empty!

This was a wonderful find! My wife and I both believe the flavors were some of the best in the valley, and the atmosphere and service were superb. I highly recommend El Encanto Dos!

The night was a bit cool for sitting outside, but with our pup in the car, we decided to brave it. Turns out they have patio heaters for your cozy comfort. There were 5 plus our pup. The service was outstanding and a reason in itself to visit. The food is amazing, with a great presentation, large portions, and absolutely wonderfully flavorful. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a large party or an intimate date.

Always excellent service and food.

Only disappointment: After many years of having the privilege of being able to order enchiladas a-la-cart, I'm forced to buy the entire entree. Shame to have the beans and rice thrown away (don't care much for beans/rice).

Please bring a-la-cart enchiladas.

I visited the restaurant with a larger group, and it was clear that the staff wasn’t thrilled about it. As soon as we walked in, I noticed a younger worker roll her eyes at a coworker, which stood out to me. Keep in mind, we had a reservation, so our arrival shouldn’t have been a surprise. While I understand that large groups can be challenging, they’re an unavoidable part of working in any restaurant. Later, this same employee seemed visibly irritated when she brought us our chips and salsa. The food wasn't even as good as I remembered, and the service made the whole experience uncomfortable. Despite being friendly and polite to the staff, it seemed that wasn't enough for them. We made every effort to be courteous, yet still didn't feel welcome at all. The atmosphere wasn’t family-friendly, or friendly in general, for that matter. Would not recommend.

My family has been coming here for many years. One special family memory we had here was of my late father-in-law. All my husband’s family from all over the U. S. came for Thanksgiving, so we decided relive the special memory. Unfortunately, this decision turned into an embarrassing and very emotional event. It all started with the young lady server slamming down the salsas. Not even half hour of our dinner, my husband was approached by the assistant manager telling him out in the open area that our table will no longer be allowed drinks. Apparently, the young bartender by name of Caleb had reported that one of our nephews had appeared to be slurring his words and had appeared intoxicated. To make this review short, no one had been drinking and my nephew’s defamation of character by the young bartender was blown out of proportion. FYI, he has a speech impediment. The whole situation was handled very poorly, and saddened me that a moment that was to be so special, turned into a very negative experience. Also, the quality of food and service has gone down tremendously since our last visit a few years ago. Very disappointed on how this situation was handled. You may want to go to Plaza Bonita were the food and service is fantastic!!!!
