the customer service was horrible, they take so long to bring your order out and when they do they have the rudest faces. very unprofessional, I had a pickup for a 30-minute wait, i had missed calls from personal phone numbers of the teenage girl working there. I texted to see who it was and got blocked and then later texted saying she has a job to maintain not like i do and didn't have time to wait. i do not recommend this place. that very unacceptable to treat paying customers that way.

Had more rice then the meat I had ordered, first time trying it and I was very disappointed..I will never again order from here!

Terrible service, the girl who served me was very rude, she made a mistake with my order and told me that it was not possible because she had been working there for years, she did not want to admit the mistake to me, I paid for a sushi that she did not want to return or give mine correctly

The place where you order a shrimp cocktail and they give you a tomato cocktail with onion, and about 3 chopped shrimp.

Terrible customer service, it took about 1 hour to give me what I ordered and the two rolls came incorrectly, the young people never came to ask if everything was okay, or if something was needed they were playing in the kitchen, plus the rolls were very small before They used to be bigger, I don't know why there is so much change.

Today I had terrible service since the person who helped me told me that it was not his job to tell me or guide me directly about the product they sell. It's not that I don't know what they sell but it is always different depending on who serves you and how you earn it. agan she said that the truth was she had never had any problems but this girl was in a bad way I want to think since she gave me what she wanted and how she wanted so terrible service so when you order food in this establishment explain with apples and pears what you want Because if not they will give them what they want since it is not their job to offer their product according to them.

Not at all nice, the one who takes your orders I made an order and when I get home I realize that they give it to me wrong I talk to her to tell her that she was wrong and she tells me that it was me who was wrong and she was very despotic and the music was too loud
He told me you can hardly hear it and I told him that the music is too loud, very bad service and the food is disgusting, I want my money back.

Food was great! I’ve had a lot of sushi but this was my first experience with a Mexican style. I was unsure what to try and asked the waitress for a recommendation and I was not disappointed. The service was perfect. I don’t visit this part of the valley much but when I do I’ll be sure to go back and recommend El King to others.
