This place was so fun and lively, went on a Saturday night and they had a fire dancers, dj, sparklers, whistles and shot stations! It was crazy in the best way, my server wasn't the best not very attentive & the food was mediocre I got the tacos and they were cold and not much flavor but loved the chips and salsa; might try again :)

Fun atmosphere, but crowded and loud. Interesting and unique menu but they got rid of some of our favorite items over the last few months. The food is very good and the drinks are large!

The music was too loud. It was like a nightclub at a family restaurant. We had to yell to have a conversation. It detracted from the enjoyment of dinner with friends. The food was good but not great. Lastly, the reception system needs improvement. Will not dine there again. There are other more pleasurable restaurants.

This was our first visit and we will likely go back again - we sat outside under the heaters (March 16 visit) and it was warm and comfortable. The restaurant is huge and was quite loud, but being outside mitigated the intensity of the sound to some degree. The food was good; we had fajitas (fair) and the 1 ft quesadilla (very good).

Beef taco good, large. Ceviche fair to good, missing smething to brighten it up somora malcojetes almost a disaster, shrimp and cactus fine, chicken dry and overcooked. Beef horrible, overcooked, tough dry and impossible to cut with utensils provided. Nice sauce helps a little Happy hour a bargain, house margaritas not too sweet, light on the tequila, premixed

Server was fantastic. Sparkling personality and excellent service. Food was delicious and fairly priced. Same with the margs. Was there celebrating a birthday with girlfriends. Very fun atmosphere, fire show was entertaining. Sparkling complementary dessert was a nice touch. Especially for fun photo opp. Only complaint would be the volume of the music was just a bit loud. Should wait til after 9 pm to fully "pump up the jam"

Love this place, but at the risk of sounding like an old man it's way too loud. I try to sit outside where the music is not as bad, but it's still difficult to talk to each other without shouting.

First time at The Mexicano, loved the vibe and service we came out to celebrate a birthday. The only reason why I rated 4 stars was because our tacos came out cold. The place was very busy and know we would have to wait longer if we returned them so we ate them they were very tasty. Other than that everything was great.

The service was kind of horrible. They had changed their menu but not updated their website which led to having decided on multiple items no longer available. No apologies, no offers to maybe make the drink that they absolutely have the supplies for. We had to ask for a refill on chips four times before they were finally brought out. We were seated on the edge of the covered outdoor area and were told that the heaters couldn't be turned on near us. The food was good, but for that much money, I expect better.

Went with a big group of people didn't expect it to be so loud, the DJ and all the activity. It was very hard to hear throughout the whole entire dinner . The food was OK. The staff messed up my reservations. Wanted outside tried to put me inside finally accommodated me. It was just all rough from the get-go.

The classic margarita was just ok; we ordered the flight of frozen margaritas and they were all way too sweet, we couldn't finish them. But the chicken birria taco and the sauce on the enchiladas were outstanding!

We took some friends for dinner there, we've been before & liked it. Unfortunately this time with friends was a huge embarrassment! They now charge for every single little thing (ie; if you ask for extra sauce like Tabasco, you're paying for it!) extra tortillas, paying for it! Etc... The food was mediocre & to top it off there was a hair in my food. They got the bill wrong, it was just a cluster. We were really disappointed. Needless to say we won't be going back again. :(

Chef Joey nailed it! This concept, cuisine, ambiance, decor, service is every level on point! We loved the beautifully decorated patio and fun menu and margarita bar. We ordered the ceviche, chicken fajitas and special request skinny Margarita with tequila, agave and lime juice it was fantastic. The Mexicano will be someplace we frequent more often. The food was worth the price and let's not forget the great homemade chips and salsa! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️??‍?

Even with a reservation the wait time was ridiculous. We were there to celebrate a birthday and it was nothing special like on social media. We did let the server know we were there to celebrate a birthday too. There are honestly better places to go, it was just ok.

The actual food was great, as was our waitress. We unfortunately made these reservations and then still had to wait an hour to be seated. I know it's a busy night to be there, just wish there was a better managed reservation system.
