These are the absolute best shrimp tacos on the planet. You read that right. It’s not hype or fanfare. I am a career foodie and cook. Food trucks are sorely overlooked. Shrimp are fried to utter perfection. Every time I go here the owners are so sweet and give the best customer service! My go to order is a shrimp burger with fries or 1 pound ez peel shrimp with corn and potatoes! I ask for medium with a side of hot and it's fire!! They also have homemade ranch that's bomb with some Cajun fries! Honestly just try everything on the menu because you will not be disappointed!
