Absolutely delicious!! I grew up in this neighborhood and surprisingly I had never spot by. Today my husband and I decided to get lunch from here and it was definitely worth it. We ordered the chimichanga carne asada burrito with red sauce that came with rice and beans, which were beyond delicious. Very authentic Mexican food and the flavors are on point. You can definitely taste the homemade touch. I'm definitely coming back!
I came in here on the humbug I didn't expect this. I got a cabesa burrito. Good sized for 10$ but the flavor was amazing. I'm not a fan of the neighborhood but as the saying goes. The more dangerous the neighborhood the better the tacos. I'm coming back! The place is clean the outside is out of their control so 4 stars but holy cow that burrito was so good!
It was super late in the wee hours of the morning and we'd been partying tough! I suggested food and thought about a gas station or fast food. Home girl with excitement blurted out "El Nuevo Taquito" I said: "Sure, why not..." We ordered, we ate, and OMG!!!...talk about satisfied.
