This was my first time at this location. The customer service was good. I ordered the chicken tacos, which were the size of street tacos, very small and not regular size tacos, meal with chips and a drink. My colleague ordered the chicken tostada. The food was good. I did not like the creamy green salsa. I recommend this location.

I come to this Pollo Loco because it’s the closest to my house but terrible service here they always somehow forget your order and leave things out many times I’ve had to return I recently made a order and they forgot my sides never fails this place needs better management to make sure all orders are complete before handing it over
