I moved to this area 5 month ago and since then Every time I come to this location on 67th and Indianschool rd. They be on point my food is always fresh, hot and seasoned perfectly even when I order through Doordash this is the best el pollo Loco to go to...thanks yaw...
This location is the worst ,employees are rude and the food looked horrible my advice to them is, learn some manners and even if your English is bad try and communicate with the customers don't give attitude because you talk k to them in Spanish when perhaps they only speak English.. if you want to spend your hard earned money go somewhere else and don't support a business who doesn't care about customer service . I'd leave a zero star review if I could.

First of all this place never gets your orders right. You have to repeat everything 3 times before they have the correct order and they still give it to you wrong. I stopped by for a original pollo bowl and when I paid for my food the "manager" Chris said it didn't go through, however on my end the money was taken out of my account and the transaction status was approved not "pending" but approved. He claimed that there was no way of him to show me that the transaction had been declined, which is strange to me because I've worked in the food industry plenty of times and there is always a receipt of payment being declined. Basically took my money, didn't give me the food I fully paid for, and wasn't helpful in anyway to find a resolution. Chris the manager said "come back next week for a refund". Atrocious management. Never going to this location again.
