Pollo Loco employees grab cups that homeless people bring in and fill them up with ice and water which is fine I know it’s quite hot outside but it’s very unsanitary. I observed employees grab their cups and give them back and return to work without washing their hands or being clean about it. This is concerning. I didn’t feel comfortable finishing my meal because I don’t know how clean the employees. I would skip this location.

Not a great location. Love to visit El Pollo loco when we come out west. Restaurant was empty but had to walk around most of the place to find a clean table. Quesadilla was cold, cheese wasn't melted, flour tortillas were crunchy in their little plastic bags. No horchata and no sign to indicate it didn't work, got a cup half full of water. Someone else also came in and made the same mistake.
Had to go back to the counter a few times to obtain items that were forgotten from our order.
Also asked to skip an item in one of the bowls and still got it anyways. Chicken and pinto beans were hot and fresh. Everything else was meh.

Mobile order was ready when I drove in. Food was hot an tasty.
Wow! Price went up on a double chicken tostada bowl. 14.00 , Not only did it go up in price but Dammmm portions got smaller. Guess no more pollo loco for me. Crooks next time have a sign up to let customers know portions are smaller, that way we ca decide if we want it or not, driving home and open up your food was a joke.

It was humid in here. There is an awful smell like a plumbing issue there was a big dead roche under the table next to us we ended up having to change the order to go. Wouldn't go back hope we don't get any surprises with the food when we get home. Had to wait over 20min for guacamole because there wasn't any ready. I order 2 salads thinking my order would be out fast and a side of guacamole
