Wow! Price went up on a double chicken tostada bowl. 14.00 , Not only did it go up in price but Dammmm portions got smaller. Guess no more pollo loco for me. Crooks next time have a sign up to let customers know portions are smaller, that way we ca decide if we want it or not, driving home and open up your food was a joke.

It was humid in here. There is an awful smell like a plumbing issue there was a big dead roche under the table next to us we ended up having to change the order to go. Wouldn't go back hope we don't get any surprises with the food when we get home. Had to wait over 20min for guacamole because there wasn't any ready. I order 2 salads thinking my order would be out fast and a side of guacamole

pre paid and ordered online when we got there the employees closed early and ignored us at the door as we knocked and called they just went to the back we paid for food and wasted gas to end up with nothing honestly a horrible first experience

The service was good and the food was also. The problem I have is that, my first time going in to order the first thing you smell is a real strong mildew smell. Not sure if it's plumbing but the smell is very strong.
They have some really good chicken thats very addictive

As soon as I stepped foot in the establishment, I felt like I was in Mexico! Humid as heck, the smell was almost nauseating so we made the order to go. We got to the hotel just to find out they didn't put ANY eating utensils or napkins in the bag! As ghetto as it was, I had to use a freaking chicken bone to eat my dang mashed potatoes! Don't think I'll ever visit that place again. Very disappointing.
