This was the most un appetizing double Tostado bowl I’ve ever been served. I had to ask for more chicken, cause it only had a little bit of chicken on it. This is what it looked like when they handed it back to me no avocado they were out of chips and just substitute a macaroni without even asking me they were out of Coke zero they’re out of Sprite. They’re out of en suite tea.

We came thru the drive thru. Ordering was a bit confusing, 1st time trying this restaurant. The guy did his best to help us. We ended up with some good food thanks to his recommendations. We'll definately try this place again.

El Pollo Loco has been a longtime favorite for me. I absolutely love the flavor/taste of their food. I disagree with the pricing. They keep raising prices, and don't portion adequately. Unfair amounts of food for the price you pay. So break the bank if you must, but that'll be my last visit for a long time. I can't afford to line their pockets. I don't even get leftovers from a meal there. I should get to eat twice for that price.

Pretty standard El Pollo Loco. It's not in the best area, butbthe food is always hot and fresh. Kind staff too. I only use the drive through, so my atmosphere rating is really limited to outside..

Food is amazing as always. There was only one other person in front of me and it took almost 10 minutes to order. Floors were super sticky despite having 6 people behind the counter. Soda machine was down and there was water dripping from the ceiling. Not to mention all the flies you had to try to keep from landing on your food. Other than that the staff was very nice and the food was good as always.
The chicken is to old and dry and I pay 14 Dollars for the chicken salad

Tried the new chicken chipotle quesadilla. Was very disappointed the tortilla held about a quarter of a chicken breast if that. Requested guacamole on the inside as advertised on the website, and when I picked up my food and stated there was no guacamole on the inside I was told it's only on the side. Had to ask for the napkin dispenser to be refilled as it was out of napkins, lemonade was not adequate no sweetness to it at all. Overall not the best experience I've had at an El Pollo loco. I will not be returning to that location, however I will try another location and see if the quality of the food is better.

No corn tortillas, no small cups, guy charged me for drinks and didn't tell me the fountain didn't work. The mashed potatoes and Mac N cheese were hot but the chicken was just slightly above warm. Will not be coming at back.
