When you lite beans, it apparently doesn't mean anything. The bowl also needed more chicken and stop with the Digital exclusives...your just losing sales.

I have been here a few times. Always a great product. But the customer service here is perfection!!!! Tonight Anna helped me. She was awesome. The sweetest woman I have ever come across. And then to watch her help others that needed alot of help ordering. She never lost her genuine smile and she was so sweet to the man. I had to tell her before I left. I believe if I looked up definition of perfection her picture would be there. Thank you Anna you are awesome!!!! And the guy cutting chicken with the bracelet he had helped me before. He is a nice guy as well. I dont know his name i was to nervous to ask. He is so good looking. But he also gave great customer service. Thanks guys!!!!!

Placed an online order and the food was supposed to be ready at 515. I ordered two, 2 piece chicken meals and it came out about $29. I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order and was told it wasn't ready and to wait outside the front for 10 min and they'd bring it out. I only ordered 2 meals. Both meals were almost identical. Both meal sides were mac n cheese, one meal with broccoli, and one meal with salad. I did not get my food until about 5:40 pm. No one brought it out to me, I got tired of waiting and went inside and I saw my order just sitting on the counter. The food was cold by the time I got home. I'm pissed, not only was my time wasted, my money was wasted too! The chicken was dry and cold and chicken breast and dry wing was tiny. I will never ask my husband to take me to this El Pollo loco. I will be calling, and requesting a refund.

For all the chicken they had cooked when we went in, we were unable to buy a family dinner pack. They told us we would need to wait about 12 more minutes for chicken. It wasn't that crowded and was before the lunch rush. We opted not to wait so we didn't taste anything. We just left.

I come here with my coworkers, sometimes a couple times a week. Fast, friendly and fresh.
Food is always good but drive thru staff can seem short and try to rush your order even with no line. They also have forgotten utensils and other things the last few times we have ordered forcing us to go inside to ask for it.

My family and I haven't been to El Pollo Loco in a really long time and we decided to eat here for lunch after church today. My husband had the case of Blanco burrito and I had a shredded beef avocado stuffed quesadilla. My son had macaroni and mashed potato sides. Everything was phenomenal. The guy behind the counter was argumentative about whether I said here to go which was kind of annoying but the food was excellent and I will definitely be back

My first drive thru in Phoenix, pleasant experience-the staff was polite with some nice Mexican hospitality, and food was really good. Worth the money, the burito was huge.. double shrimp toast was really nice..
