80% of the time I come here there is a 15 to 20 minute wait for chicken. Kinda defeats the purpose of fast food chicken. Food is good, when they have it.

Don't really do bad reviews, but we went here. Ordered in drive thru, got both our orders wrong. They repeated the order three times correctly, but we did not receive what we wanted. A queso guacamole chicken burrito and street corn bowl. Got a burrito with chicken and mostly rice ans beans, the bowl had no corn and other stuff to make it a taco. Idk, the food don't taste as good, they changed something. Won't be back again.
Terrible service. They charged me twice because the computer shut down, and when I showed them my bank statement proving the double charge, they still refused to refund my money, claiming they didn't have the receipt. I provided the proof, and honestly, the manager or supervisor was awful.

Stopped here at 9 at night on 7/30 and it was 22 dollars wasted. The restraunt literally got every single thing wrong on the order, down to literally forgetting to put chicken on the burrito, forgot the chips on the combo. This was not noticed until a I got home 30 minutes away. Warning to anyone reading this, if you want what you ordered, go somewhere else, huge waste of my money
