My family and I are trying new breakfast places in the area & here is my breakdown on this place to save you time and money .
Atmosphere :
It was okay but pretty unorganized and lack of communication from staff.

Service :
My family and I walked in and waiters where just talking and so I greeted them since they weren’t being polite and they didn’t listen so I told them a table of 6 and the manager I assumed ( white guy with beard and tats ) never properly greeted and just sat us like we were waiting his time .
Now the waiter was okay but he lacked the ability to let us know if certain things came with or not based on the menu . I noticed our table wasn’t the only one since multiple people kept getting orders wrong .

In addition, I had to ask the server for crayons since they didn’t offer our kids when they did to others. I hate to involve color in here but it seems like that was the issue which tells me that this place lacks proper service and respect to its customers .

Food :
One of my brothers had the yummy berry pancakes and it was undercooked .

The crepes were good but there are additional $$$ if you want certain things which the waiter doesn’t tell you and just adds it anyway. We don’t mind paying for it but the amount of banana they add is ridiculous like if they didn’t just charge $3.50 for extra toppings .

For both kids, we ordered the classic breakfast which both come with sausage ; however , waiter just made it $1.50 for getting chicken sausage . Did not let us know of this charge and I do not see it on the online menu so this is straight up lying to your customers.

For the Dutch baby , it came out undercooked and I wasn’t able to eat breakfast because my item wasn’t properly done .

* I used to come to this place and food used to be good but today was a NO for me and I will be looking for other breakfast places since the food , service and atmosphere wasn’t that great. *

I'm always welcomed, I stop by at least 2 times a month and order the shroomed Omelette. It's so good.

Delicious, relatively affordable and casual breakfast place! Expect to spend about 15-30 per person here.

The baked cinnamon apple pancake is SO GOOD (thick pancake! Think dutch baby), though it has a 30-40min cook time, so you're best off with some appetizers if you're going for that. A table can definitely split the large version!

I've eaten here about 5 times and never had any issues with food quality. Always delicious, and the service was very polite and respectful.

Super disappointing experience, ordered online and my food was not made as requested. I asked for basted eggs, they served me scrambled. They asked me to send a picture as proof and I did- almost 24 hours later no response- I had to reach out the next day and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it because that wasn’t their box or gravy 😅😅 whaaaaat!!! I had sent them the picture soon after picking it up. Spoke to 2 different managers and neither one of them cared to make it right. It’s such a simple mistake to fix and instead they prefer a bank dispute and a 1 star review for the way they handle their mistakes

I ordered food today online for delivery. When I got my order it was totally somebody else order. I called the driver thinking he brought in the wrong bag but he told me that was the bag the restaurant gave him. The driver told me to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant and the person answered the phone was rude saying they don't have another driver and it was nothing else he could tell me. I asked for the manager and he was trying not to put me through to a manager and said he's going to tell you the same thing. Finally, after a long hold the manager got on the phone to tell me he would call me back. after 10-15 minutes the manager finally called back saying he couldn't find a driver and all he could do was issue a refund. My whole lunch break was ruined and I didn't have time to order anything else. He then told me he was going to give me a gift card for a free meal but since i don't dine in he couldn't give it to me. I'm sure the person food I got was upset as well. That makes 2 unsatisfied customers for the day. I was recommended this restaurant but I don't recommend at all. Maybe you will get better service dining in but not for delivery if you need an issue resolved. I can't say I will order form them again unless and that's a maybe if someone orders from them. Elly's I'm very disappointed.

Food was dropped off and server was off to the side eating while I sat with empty drinks for 20 min. Ordered steak medium and it came out rare. When she finally came to check on us she seemed annoyed that my steak was the wrong temp. Had it remade. Took another 20 min for my steak to come out no color/well done. Sat for another 10 min before she came to check on us. Could visually see her in the expo talking bad about my family. She took off half of one meal for the kitchen error and proceeded to bus my daughter’s food while I was signing the check. We wanted to take our leftovers home but was never offered a box and we were tired of waiting. Terrible service. Won’t be back.

Absolutely unacceptable for anyone with food allergies. On Monday, Elly’s told me my sandwich and fries were gluten-free — they weren’t. I ended up sick because they served me regular bread and unsafe fries. Today, a different server actually knew the truth: only the sweet potato fries are safe, and the gluten-free bread looks different. That means my first visit was pure negligence. If staff can’t consistently identify allergens, they’re putting people’s health at risk. I’ll never go back, and others with allergies should think twice.

Friendly staff. Was seated immediately. The waitress was awesome.
Food came out quickly. Meal was hot and delish.
Coffee was even good.
Bathroom was clean. Plenty of parking outside. Nothing but positive vibes about this place.
It gets 2 thumbs up from the MrNational Podcast. Will definitely be back for 2nd's

Always very loud indoors but nice brunch spot with great food! It is often so crowded on the weekends that service gets overwhelmed so you may need to ask for something multiple times.
