I wish I could put any of my stars higher, I've been coming here for 15 years. It used to be amazing. I don't know if I knew the owner. But I always had one face I saw. I haven't seen him in a year or so now. I see a bunch of young kids that don't care the way the older generation did. I just got food from there. I came home and everything is cold. I get what it's like to be busy. I've worked in restaurants for 10 years. But these kids were rude when my wife wanted beans on her nachos instead of meat. I had a huge conversation with some young kid, about having jalapenos on her nachos. its not hard to cut a jalapeno.but they just offer the pickled bags. I also didn't receive the bag of jalapenos and the cheese on the nachos wasn't melted. You can charge me. Idc. But I get even more irritated when you're in the second line. And you see them finish the whole right side of customers before they focus on the left. All our food is cold. I've sworn by this place. I'm so mad it's gone. It's sad. It used to have love behind it.

Fix your microphone and drive through speaker . Received the completely wrong order!!! Spent like $30 and received a $10 meal. Contemplating doing a chargeback for this.

Been coming here since I was 15, I am now 30. Absolutely love them and they most definitely deserve some recognition!
Went last week and everything was delicious. Got the cali burrito with guacamole, cheese and sour cream added..thought $17 was a bit steep for the size of the burrito but it was tasty and I didn't get sick so I was happy. Then went today ...ordered the same things...was charged $19...not sure why...had a 25 min ride home...then when I got home realized my burrito was missing quac, cheese and sour cream so not only is my order wrong but I got charged extra for add one but they weren't added...this will be my last visit not worth the annoyance and trouble

Absolute dog food the steak is rancid the tacos on Tues are sloppily made with only meat no lettuce or cheese in them just on top garbage food I'll be calling my bank too

There must be a new supplier and a new cook. I have been coming for years. The cheese tastes like cleaner fluid, and meat and pico have no flavor. The salsa stopped being consistent a while ago. I am so disappointed.
