This place is horrible. Roaches in the actual restaurant and hair found in my food. When you walk in there’s automatically a foul odor. They should not even be in business. Bad customer service every time I visit and they are constantly getting my order wrong, and I’ve been 3 times now.They treat me as if I don’t have the money to pay for my food. But the food isn’t even worth 99 cents here. Garbage! Will never spend my money in an establishment like this again!

Located in the south side of downtown Phoenix on Central and Mohave Rd, you will see EzBachi.Beginning as a food truck in the valley, they now have a restaurant! We loved the service as we were given options and recommendations to eat.Everything is made to order, huge portions for what you pay. You will most likely take a to go container. Fresh ingredients with great flavors.Please give them your support.

Terrible experience here. We ordered 2 steak and chicken plates which was over $60 for both. We waited about 15-20 mins for our food to come out. Ordered the steak medium well and it came very well done & tough to eat. The lady behind the counter was helping other people so we waited before going to let her know about the food. The lady said “well we can’t give you a refund.” I informed we aren’t looking for a refund but can the food be remade? She said “well ya have been sitting there a while so we are unable to do anything about it” I told her we waited patiently for her to be done helping other people before making a complaint. Which she replied, “well it’s too late. We can’t give you a refund or remake the food” my friend said “there’s nothing you can do to fix our food” the lady said again “nope it’s too late there’s nothing we can do” definitely do NOT recommend this place and will never be back.

Very horrible experience. I asked for medium well steak and when I received my food the steak and chicken were both over cooked. When I brought it to the waitresses attention she said there is nothing that could be done because we didn’t bring it to her attention immediately. We waited a moment to say something because she was assisting other customers. When we arrived we waited in the front for almost 10 minutes for our order to even be taken. Food is over priced and not made how you order. The girl working has no customer service skills and rude.

We came here after being disappointed by our first choice, and we were very pleasantly surprised! The veggies are amazing by themselves let alone the rest of the dish I had, the meat is cooked well, and the decor is simple but really cool. A bit pricey, but I’d say it’s totally worth it.

Very disappointed. My wife ordered the salmon plate and this is what they gave her. The size of the salmon was about as wide as a small chicken strip and not even an inch thick. For the price I paid you would think it would at least be twice a big. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
I placed an order for pickup last night. This was my 3rd time ordering from this place. The first two time were awesome however, yesterday experience wasn’t good. I ordered a lobster plate with the rice and veggies. I got home only to see I had lobster rice and just a ton of broccoli. Not the veggies I asked for. I also don’t think the person who cooked my food before was the one who cooked it last night. It wasn’t good and it was rushed.
