UPS was showing my gift was having trouble delivering so I contacted customer service. Raquel was amazing. She was able to tell me exactly what happened, and learned it was human error. I accidentally had the wrong zip code and UPS fixed it for me. Its nice to talk to a real human who is friendly and so helpful. Thanks again Fairytale Brownies for your best in class customer service!

Ordered Gift boxes for 2 families over Christmas...easy to navigate site, picked a date for out-of-state delivery & company notified me as each order went thru system. They delivered boxes on the day I picked & my recipients were VERY PLEASED! Got rave reviews for taste, packaging- especially good for kiddos. All in all, a pleasant ordering/delivery experience & great products-- will definitely reorder again, maybe for myself this time!đ
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I did not want to write this and was hoping this would be resolved via conversation.
My son recently had major surgery, and I ordered Fairytale Brownies as a thank-you gift for the Pediatric ICU and his doctorâs office. I placed the order on 12/26, and it shipped on 12/29. When I called on 12/30 about the delay, I was told it would be delivered by 9 PM on 12/31 â unfortunately, by then the doctorâs office had already closed for the New Year.
When I called again on 1/2, I was told the PICU received the brownies, but the MD office delivery was still pending and would arrive âby 9 PM.â I was also told a manager would call me back. Instead, I received a call from someone named Alondra, who admitted she was not a manager and offered no empathy or resolution except to reimburse for shipping. She repeatedly gave excuses for the delays and even commented that she doesnât have children â which felt incredibly insensitive given the context of why I placed the order.
I chose this company specifically to express gratitude after my childâs surgery. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and absence of compassion were very disappointing. I even offered feedback on how to handle customers in emotional situations more thoughtfully.
Jason, the actual manager, is reportedly on vacation and unavailable.
David & Eileen â I truly hope this experience does not reflect your companyâs mission. Families dealing with medical stress should be able to rely on a company they trust, especially when the gesture is meant to say âthank you.â
Received these as a gift. Packaging is really pretty. Lots of variety. They have a nice website. I honestly cannot figure out why people like these brownies or send them as gifts. They are not good at all. The quality or product must have changed because it seems other people have really enjoyed them in the past.
Meh, not impressed at all! Stale, dry and overly sweet for me. Too small too. My kids loves brownies, that's why I ordered for them, this time they ignored it after trying a piece.
Iâm genuinely disappointed with my recent experience with Fairytale Brownies. I ordered multiple packages for clients, each with its own personalized message. Unfortunately, they printed the same message on every giftâusing the same personalized names on all of themâcompletely disregarding the customization I provided and simply attributing it to the fact that it was an online order.
When I contacted them, instead of reaching out to the carrier as I requested to recall the two packages that likely havenât been delivered yet, they offered me a $60 credit. This isnât about the moneyâitâs about the fact that they didnât try take the necessary steps to correct the mistake before the gifts reached my clients.
Because of this, I donât plan to use their service again. If youâre considering ordering personalized gifts, I strongly recommend confirming that your custom messages are correctly applied before shipping to avoid a similar situation.
25 years ago I was working in a call center and a customer would gift me Fairytale Brownies every year. Everything was superb! The assortment of brownie flavors, the product wrapping, the beautiful gift box. I always felt so special and appreciated receiving them. I have the best memories of sharing them with the other girls in the office and our excitement trying all the different flavors.
All these years later and now Iâm buying them for customers as corporate gifts. This year, I received phenomenal customer service from David K, who once again made me feel so special! I highly recommend Fairytale Brownies and hope my customers enjoy them as much as I did!
Omg the brownies are so good. I would recommend them for gifting or eating yourself. When we went we did a birthday box and brownies for us.
My company got a tour of the facility. Best Brownies ever! Retail shop on premises as well. Worth a visit!

We had some great full-sized brownies a couple of years ago. Our last order of mini-bite brownies (which i thought would be wonderful for gifts) were stale, crunchy, and definitely not was expected of a brownie. Very disappointing as your standard of quality has dissapeared. Will not be ordering again.
Received a birthday box of Fairytale Brownies and was absolutely blown away!! Superb flavor, perfect tender brownie consistency, and ingredients that I could actually pronounce :) Absolute 10/10, exceeded any and all expectations!
I accidentally received a package of brownies in NY from Fairytale and I called and spoke to someone on the phone and was told to keep them! In the box I have there are an assortment of 12 and I have tried 4 so far and are you kidding me?? These are THEE best brownies I've ever tasted in 52 years. The cheesecake brownie was spectacular and my daughter in law is putting in an order for my son! you have so far 2 new customers and I'm sure a few more from the Lockport NY area! Thank you whoever messed up on that address!!! lol The raspberry was Soo good, chocolate chip was delightful, and toffee wow!!! I can't wait to try the others!!!

These are the most delicious brownies I've ever had, and the gluten-free version is equally delicious! The customer service I received from Kelly was second to none. My mother had been in the hospital, and wanted a gift for the nurses to share. I called Kelly, and within an hour I had a big box of brownies - the nurses loved them! Then I needed a gift for a wonderful client, so I sent Kelly the client's logo - which consists of very rich blues and golds - and the Fairytale team made a wooden box with an absolutly perfect customization. When I gave it to my client, he was blown away.
I just placed another order with Kelly, which will be shipped directly from the bakery, and I plan to send Fairytale Brownies to many more clients in the future. It's really a perfect gift, and the service is fantastic. Love them!!
