Fairytale Brownies

Received a birthday box of Fairytale Brownies and was absolutely blown away!! Superb flavor, perfect tender brownie consistency, and ingredients that I could actually pronounce :) Absolute 10/10, exceeded any and all expectations!

I accidentally received a package of brownies in NY from Fairytale and I called and spoke to someone on the phone and was told to keep them! In the box I have there are an assortment of 12 and I have tried 4 so far and are you kidding me?? These are THEE best brownies I've ever tasted in 52 years. The cheesecake brownie was spectacular and my daughter in law is putting in an order for my son! you have so far 2 new customers and I'm sure a few more from the Lockport NY area! Thank you whoever messed up on that address!!! lol The raspberry was Soo good, chocolate chip was delightful, and toffee wow!!! I can't wait to try the others!!!

Completely screwed my order to a new multi million dollar client…

That’s not the issue….the message was missing…our logo was missing…customers did not know who sent gift… i paid for the works …

These are the most delicious brownies I've ever had, and the gluten-free version is equally delicious! The customer service I received from Kelly was second to none. My mother had been in the hospital, and wanted a gift for the nurses to share. I called Kelly, and within an hour I had a big box of brownies - the nurses loved them! Then I needed a gift for a wonderful client, so I sent Kelly the client's logo - which consists of very rich blues and golds - and the Fairytale team made a wooden box with an absolutly perfect customization. When I gave it to my client, he was blown away.

I just placed another order with Kelly, which will be shipped directly from the bakery, and I plan to send Fairytale Brownies to many more clients in the future. It's really a perfect gift, and the service is fantastic. Love them!!

These are not the brownies I remember. Years ago when this company was just getting started I toured and learned of their beginning. Their brownies were the best I had ever tasted. My sister sent me some for Christmas this year and I am not impressed. They are dry and overly sweet and not at all like I remember. Such a shame

Website is good, customer service is decent, but why do they charge such as an absorbed amount of shipping price but never deliver on the day that you’re paying for? I paid $36 to have less than 1lbs. package. UPS says it’s not due to deliver until 9PM the 4th day!, 2 days after I paid for it. It was a corporate gift that needed to arrive on a certain day and the reason I paid the higher fee! My clients won’t see this until the week of January 6. when they return!

I have been a loyal customer of Fairytale Brownies since 2012. However, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. This year, the price for the exact same order has nearly doubled. Additionally, I was charged for 2-day shipping, but only half of my order was shipped using this method.

When I called to inquire about the issue, the representative stated that resolving it was beyond their capability and transferred me—only to disconnect the call. Despite leaving multiple messages, no one has returned my calls. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Fairytale Brownies.

The big boss sends these to us, the worker bees, and these are such a wonderful treat. These are delicious and fresh. I try to hide them from my hubby and daughter and we negotiate who can have which one and which one I was saving. These are amazing. Highly recommend the Snack Size Brownies and all the varieties are exceptional!!!

Long ago, we used Fairytale brownies as our wedding favor treat. We tied a heart with our names and the date as a parting gift. I love that they are individually wrapped (think freezer) and now I buy them each anniversary. See you soon for more special treats, ❤️ the happy couple

I have received Fairytale Brownies in my goody bag at a NAWBO event couple months ago and I loved it, it is not too sweet, crunchy and tasteful. You should try yours today. 😊

So Disappointed. I purchased a gift box of brownies for my grandson. I picked Monday for the selected date to be delivered. They delivered Saturday and no one was home to get them. He is not home. I specifically picked Monday because of this reason. Why bother to choose a date when Fairytale Brownies doesn't even listen or cares. Now the brownies are ruined by insects. How disappointing for a grandmothers gift to her special grandson.

These brownies are the very best I've ever had. Not only that, this is one of the most ethical companies I've ever encountered. They will always have my support!
