I called down to ask about specials because I've never ordered from them, she told me one special, I said no that me and my daughter like wings more than pizza, but we are looking for pizza and wings. She started getting an attitude about what was available and she said IDK what you want, you can do this or this IDK just make your own order. It's not what she said that really, it's how she said it! The attitude was horrible. If I'm asking you questions about the menu to order because I've never ordered before, then you should be of assistance and be kind to people.

The pizza is probably good, but neither myself or crew would eat it. It showed up looking a mess and it's a 3rd party to order online and 3rd party delivery. Come to find out from one of my maintenance guys that pizza was dropped on the ground by the Doordash delivery driver. They could have taken this one back and sent my another but Slice (website ordering online goes through) gave me a $20 credit which is suppose to be sufficient.

Absolutely love this family-owned business! I've been coming here since I was a child, and it's always been a great experience. The owner, a 74-year-old woman, still gets up every day to ensure everything runs smoothly and that customers get the service they deserve, even though she doesn't have to. It's clear she cares about every detail. They offer BEEF pepperoni, which is perfect for those who don't eat pork, and I love the extra touch of a free drink with two slices! I used to come here all the time before I went vegan, and while I now just enjoy their delicious salads, I really hope to see a vegan option added to the menu in the future. The staff is so friendly, fun to talk to, and truly makes you feel appreciated. This is the kind of place that makes you want to support local, family-owned businesses. Highly recommend!

I think it's time to say goodbye to this location. if these guys are New Yorkers, then they better step up their game. this is not the NY pizza these guys used to make. I ordered two slices and they were both pretty burnt and on one slice the crust was hollow. what's worse is that the guy gave me a lousy excuse and a bit of an attitude. he basically said " that's how they come out sometimes". I miss the original guys like Ronnie that used to work here Always got quality. Not any more....
