at Spotsylvania mall at famous wok I ordered the bourbon chicken and rice for my grandson who is 7 years old I noticed that the chicken was hard so I tasted it The chicken tasted spoiled I took it backup to let them now they insisted that the chicken was fine and refused to refund me my money. We went to Famous Work at The Woodlands Mall, TX. The staff is VERY unfriendly and unprofessional. My kid ordered Two meat combo. The Franchisee Owner served him and gave him a wrong order. My kid told him that he did not ask for that type of chicken. She got upset and ask my son rudely which one. My son told her and she added his choice of meat on top of the wrong order.
