Hello I’ve been going to this restaurant since it open, food is really good and the service has been great till lately. A young lady is always answering the drive through with an attitude and blaming the customer when the order was wrong. I understand they are busy. But she didn’t care when we got upset or the issue.

The Merle haggard location was a sad representation I ordered an omelet that said it came with salsa and hash browns . Well it didn’t I was very disappointed for what it’s worth

Went in on Friday 2/7 during my lunch break. I ordered the sourdough chicken avocado sandwich with Parmesan crusted bread (which they upcharge for). The place wasn’t very busy but it still took 20 minutes to get my food. As I’m handed my food the lady at the counter says “ohh sorry, we were out of the Parmesan bread so we just used regular sourdough”. Disappointed already, I sit down to eat my lunch and a couple bites in a notice there is no avocado. I go up and let the counter person know and instead of apologizing she demands to see my receipt and walks away to talk to another customer. I had to reach into the trash to get my receipt and then show it to her. I asked for a refund for the Parmesan bread up charge at the same time. She rolls her eyes and refunds me and gets me a little cup of avocado. Room temperature fries 👎, dry borderline undercooked chicken sandwich👎 Double messed up order 👎 Bad attitude 👎 I would give a zero star rating if I could. I’m not sure what happened, this place used to be fantastic.

Very rude girl in the front small and mid skinny picked up a door dash order and it was 15min late but it was sitting there for a while already seen the bag , a different cashier attended me and checked that is was there . She was there talking with another customer taking her time with the drinks . She yet then attended another door dasher first from me when my order was still done . Never ate here simply picking up an order and experienced bad customer service she attends male very well but is rude with a female when I did nothing to her . She knew what she was doing by acting like that towards Me .
