Went in on Friday 2/7 during my lunch break. I ordered the sourdough chicken avocado sandwich with Parmesan crusted bread (which they upcharge for). The place wasn’t very busy but it still took 20 minutes to get my food. As I’m handed my food the lady at the counter says “ohh sorry, we were out of the Parmesan bread so we just used regular sourdough”. Disappointed already, I sit down to eat my lunch and a couple bites in a notice there is no avocado. I go up and let the counter person know and instead of apologizing she demands to see my receipt and walks away to talk to another customer. I had to reach into the trash to get my receipt and then show it to her. I asked for a refund for the Parmesan bread up charge at the same time. She rolls her eyes and refunds me and gets me a little cup of avocado. Room temperature fries 👎, dry borderline undercooked chicken sandwich👎 Double messed up order 👎 Bad attitude 👎 I would give a zero star rating if I could. I’m not sure what happened, this place used to be fantastic.

Very rude girl in the front small and mid skinny picked up a door dash order and it was 15min late but it was sitting there for a while already seen the bag , a different cashier attended me and checked that is was there . She was there talking with another customer taking her time with the drinks . She yet then attended another door dasher first from me when my order was still done . Never ate here simply picking up an order and experienced bad customer service she attends male very well but is rude with a female when I did nothing to her . She knew what she was doing by acting like that towards Me .

I got the Avocado bacon burger and onion rings the burger was absolutely delicious and the onion rings were huge and tasty. Great experience and highly recommend this place. I'm looking forward to trying more things on the menu.

After it being open for so long and nothing ever being good in Tolleson me and my wife decided to give it a shot. They knocked it out of the park. The food was fresh and the service was excellent. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for with this place. The bacon was fresh and the veggies in the burger tasted like they were freshly cut. The service was awesome they came and checked on us twice and asked us if we needed anything. I grew really tired of the service and food here in Tolleson but i am glad we have a good burger spot now! Please go and try it!

Thx through the handful of fries in the 20 minute, conversation on why i couldnt add bacon and then adding the bacon any way the food tasted pretty generic for the price wont be going back rltho because you skipt me on the fries. What a rip off
