This place is a good choice for quick Italian food. They have variety of pasta and some pizza. It was not crowded and my food got ready in less than 5 minutes. Overall was good.

Exciting news - Fazolis is back, and I couldn't be happier! Despite a bit of a wait (around 40 mins), the food was totally worth it. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed; they were even out of ice when I visited. I let them know, and although a helpful girl tried to refill it, she kept getting interrupted by other tasks on the way to the counter. There was another hiccup, when someone cut the breadstick line. She snagged the last four breadsticks which was incredibly disappointing. Staff needs a bit more awareness & to prioritize those patiently waiting. Overall, thrilled to have Fazolis back in action!

Midwesterners, run to sky harbor! We knew we were landing in Gate B and After living in Arizona, we haven’t had Fazolis in 2 years. It did not disappoint! We ordered a club and chicken fettuccine Alfredo which comes with two breadsticks. Both were hot and fresh, don’t change anything, it was perfect! The club was loaded and the bread was toasted to a crisp (in a good way). For airport prices I expected this but in all the airport food I’ve had this was actually worth it. Portions are big, food was made fresh, and sandwich was full. highly recommend. The alfredo was definitely big enough to share. Also if you’ve never been the Italian ice is 10/10

What happened to restaurants offering water? I actually thought it was almost a unspoken law. This restaurant wants to charge four or five dollars for a bottle of wate deoending on size. Not really cool with that. They have only a stand up bar no seating I had to sit in terminal airline seats in the waiting area to eat. They told me there's a drinking fountain down the way although of course no cup was given. Seems irresponsible to me as a restaurant to not even offer water unless you pay five bucks. The two workers were talking the entire time as I was up there and finally said oh you want to order? They could care less. One of them look like the managerSpaghetti was pretty good and bread, the fettuccine and lasagna un-editable

Grabbed a slice before our flight. Took forever to get our food. Not sure what they were doing as everyone else got their food right away. It looked like everyone took their break at the same time and just the cool was left. Either way, the food was good and I’m glad Fazoli’s is back!

The customer service and food here is phenomenal!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! An employee named I believe “Chantel” really is amazing and made sure I had a wonderful experience at Fazoli’s, I was feeling a bit down earlier today but she made my day! She deserves employee of the month!

I was extremely excited after hearing that Fazolis is open again, since it was one of my childhood favorites. But everything about it is different. The sauce for the alfredo was watery and doesn't taste like alfredo sauce, it tasted more like a gravy to me, usually alfredo sauce thickens while sitting but this was just straight water. The sauces for the lasagna and spaghetti weren't good, the lasagna tasted and felt like frozen lasagna, and the one meatball I got in the spaghetti was dense and hard, also didn't taste good. The meat in the lasagna was like a paste, no texture to it. It was just all off and not good and I couldn't finish it. The breadsticks were old and half hard, like they were just sitting for hours. I'm sad to say I'll never go again. I'll keep my childhood memories as they are. Lol.Also, since this is in the airport, this was ONE restaurant around that DOESNT have seating. We had to order drinks at a different restaurant to sit and eat there.
