Pollo asada tastes good, but everytime i get it. The chicken is rather dry. They dump liquified guacamole sauce on in it to hydrate it, lol. For $13?? Chipotle down the street has chicken for $9 and it’s Fresh! No more dry pollo asada for me from Filibertos. Chipotle guacamole is a actual dip not a sauce.
The Carne Asada Fries the manager and the the Young worker made for me was amazing Thank you for blessing me with a fat plate. Recommend this Filiberto’s 11 of 10 times. They work hard and are making carne asada fries 24/7 if I had the means to tip them I would but I hope this review influences others to come.
