Filiberto's Mexican Food

Everytime I go through this drive thru I always get my order wrong , I feel like they don’t listen to me when I ask for no veggies in my machaca with egg burrito (no veggies) this is literally a last minute choice for dinner because it’s the only restaurant open when I get off work . I wish for once they would get my order right . I’m too tired to check my order at the window too ! Just listen to your customers !!!

Hi everyone, I wish I can leave less than 1 star to this location, 2 weeks ago I went to the drive thru and order a carne asada burrito, the worst decision I ever made, 40 minutes after I ate I started feeling a lot of pain in my stomach so I took some pepto wishing the pain go away, I was suffering that pain for at least 5 hours but the pain was so bad that I couldn't handle it no more so I decided to call 911 and they told me I got food poison because the food I ate at FILIBERTOS, the gave me some medicine that helps me to relief the pain, it took a couple hours to reduce the pain, I miss work for 2 days because the diarrhea and vomiting I still had it was really bad, I called to the store trying to reach the owner and when I talked to him he don't even apologize he seems like he doesn't care at all he just told me he can give me another burrito for free, I was like of course not! I'm not gonna eat in this place NEVER! the most important thing here is befor I talked to the owner I had a talk with 3 different employees and for some reason they have the trust to told me that there's is a guy in the kitchen that he don't even wash his hands and he doesn't like to wash the dishes so he keep using them like that, honestly I hope that the MARICOPA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT can see this review and do a visit in this store because im sure there's a lot of bad things going on in there, I hope this review can help you all to decide NOT TO EAT IN THIS LOCATION.

The bean burrito's 🌯 on Wednesday are a great deal... they are huge and just one is very filling! (Subjective) We take them home, add cheese, sambal and enjoy!

Food was decent had the carne asada fries my go too I just wish they seasoned the steak too before cooking for extra flavor but good food fair prices will go back and have been back plus some excellent specials.

Horrible had waiting for 30 mins and gave me the wrong order. I ordered a shrimp burrito with no rice and I don’t know what they gave me. I’m very angry. I will never be back

I went through the drive through I ordered 2 meals.. 2 green burrito enchilada style with a side of beans and rice... What I got was 1 tray with beans and rice. 2 trays with a bean burrito in each with what tasted like watered down del Monte enchilada sauce.. what I expected was 2 plates with a green burrito enchilada style with a side of bean and rice on the same plate . That's what I paid for.. But to my surprise what I got was 2 bean burritos.. I was so pissed off.. I would have taken it all back to the restaurant if traffic hadn't been so bad.. I know now I have to cut into the burrito before I leave the parking lot to make sure I got what I paid for. Would not recommend 👎
