We order 2 Beef enchilada platters with rice and beans. Through You ordered it through Uber eats.
When placing the order online, the ingredients for the beef enchilada platter with rice and beans is not available.
When we received our platters by delivery, to our surprise, we had nearly no meat in our beef enchiladas. Instead it was a pile of onions, green peppers, red peppers as shown in the picture. We called to inquire about a refund. We explained the situation to the lady that answered the phone. She pretended to not know English and did advise us that we did not put in specific instructions that we did not want all of this in our enchiladas. We had never ordered this from Filbertos before. We eat at Mexican Food Restaurants often. We have never seen anything of this sort in an enchilada. Typical would be meat and maybe some onions in there and red sauce on top. The facility representative was extremely rude and told us That we needed to put in a request to not have the vegetables in there. She was a Hispanic lady that does not have any respect. Customers nor our situation. This is not the first time that we have ordered from this location. Had a similar situation with the previous order many months ago. I would not recommend ordering from this location. They are disrespectful do not care about customers and who in their right mind puts this many vegetables in a enchilada. They are refusing to give us a refund.
To the lady that answered our call you really need Learn Customer Service and stop pretending to not speak English and when we ask you to talk to a supervisor, you need to give us a supervisor. $38.98 we spent on this garbage.

Authentic Mexican fast food. It's usually pretty good. I get the carne asada burrito and a cheese quesadilla...always the same order for more than 30 years. I like it and always have. The burrito has gotten smaller over the years but is still a good portion for the money.

Great Mexican food 24hrs a day, clean restaurant with friendly employees. The dining room closes at 10pm but the drive thru is open so night.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in my capacity as an Door Dasher driver. We can deliver things to consumers faster thanks to this assistance with orders coming in and going out of the restaurant.
