Used to think this location decent until my last visit where there was so much egg shell in my burrito. At first i thought a piece of my tooth was broken into my food but no it turned out to be egg shells and thought one piece is fine, but no every bite i tried to ignore the last more and more eggshell throughout the burrito. And then i told them a lil afterwards with receipt and they refused to assist me because I didn't have the burrito on me which obvious had tossed cause i couldn't eat it.

The platters are a little overpriced and they make up for it by giving you massive amounts which sounds like a good thing but not when it's no flavor. They give you one little cup of red sauce and green sauce which I poured on top of my rice and beans and still barely any flavor.

Love the food
The customer service is very poor at this location. They will likely give you food without fork or spoon and napkins,

Ordered a shredded Chicken Quesadilla and the quesadilla was sitting in a pool of juice making the whole thing soggy. I used all my napkins to soak it up but even that didn’t get it all. Did try an end piece that wasn’t soggy was not a fan of the cheese blend or chicken. Unfortunately I just ended up throwing the whole thing away and skipped lunch.

The food was horrible, $65 thrown away I ended up trashing all my food. The menudo was bad and the worst thing it was not cleaned properly. Covered with hairs. The asada fries were super salty I was so disappointed I didn’t care to try the tacos anymore. Didn’t bother with the other menudo at all it was gross. Never going there again.

I Ordered the 2 beef taco plate with beans and rice, and 2 California fries. I got the California fries but only 1 taco. I took a bite of nothing but old lettuce!!!!!! The lettuce was wilted, soggy and tasted gross!!!! (Ordered through door dash)(08/17/25 5:00pm)

I ordered Super Nachos with carne asada through the drive-thru, but when I got home and opened the bag, I realized I had been given the wrong order. Frustrated, I drove back—this time choosing to go inside rather than use the drive-thru again.
When I walked up to the counter, the same woman who had been working the drive-thru turned around and approached me. Not a greeting. Not a “How can I help you?” I showed her my receipt and explained, calmly, that I had received the wrong item. Without a word, she snatched the bag and receipt from my hand, tossed the bag straight into the trash, and asked the kitchen to remake my order.
Five minutes later, she handed me the correct food and muttered, “I’m sorry, momma.” That was it. No genuine apology. No accountability. No effort to make it right.
This is a clear reflection of a much bigger problem—so many people in customer-facing jobs don’t seem to care anymore. They’re distracted, disengaged, and completely checked out—more focused on their phones than the work in front of them. The concept of service, professionalism, and pride in one’s job feels like a thing of the past.
And honestly? If this is what we’re dealing with, maybe it is time for AI to take over. Because at least then, we might get consistency, respect, and a bit of basic courtesy.
Do better.

The consistency of the eggs was really weird and many of the potatoes were crunchy and undercooked. The lady at the drive thru was super nice and friendly, so I won't let this first experience deter me. If my next experience is better, I will update my review.
