But now we went, and the lady who answered, from the moment she answered at the station, until the moment she answered, was totally rude, the cashier cut her hair, she behaved very badly, I even told her to change her rude face, and her The answer was, well, it's the only face I have. She is the worst, she better not even work because she has no customer service at all. Asta charged $1.25 because I asked for extra carrots when other places don't charge. And I paid for them because it was something extra, but the way she said it, very rude. That the truth is he shouldn't be working if that's how he treats clients.

Past 2 times I've gone for a chicken bowl I've asked for NO beans ALL rice & yet both times I've come home & it's filled with beans. If you guys don't do all rice anymore just say that so I can stop wasting food, time & money.

I ordered Nachos with carne asada and it was super bad!!! They didn't have cheese and the sauces hurt me... I won't go to that place again... Ho and I paid almost 25 dlls for the food with a glass of lemonade that didn't taste like lemon... Everything was bad... I DO NOT recommend it, I would never go back...

Did not get my order right even though he read it back to me and laughed. Food cooled like it was sitting and employees eating while they worked. It was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. I will never go back. Shut this place down now!!!

I went here the other day for lunch & got a carnitas burrito. Asked for the carnitas to be crispy, pico, guacamole, & sour cream. Not sure if I got the sour cream because I didn't taste it but the burrito itself was huge. The young lady who took my order was awesome she was very nice, repeated the order, & food was out pretty quick. The burrito was huge for what I paid compared to other places like this. I will definitely go back here again & again.

The girl at the drive thru has a really bad attitude honestly didn't feel comfortable eating my burrito today at 9:20
Filiberto used to be my favorite Mexican fast food but after today I don't think I will ever order from this location, I order a 2 breakfast burrito at 10 am and its was full of eggs shells , I couldn't believe it, I lost my appetite when I saw what it was, the staff really has to be aware of what they are doing in the kitchen.
