I went to different times and both of them the same mean girl, she doesn’t seem happy at this place, and as I read some reviews said, she gives you the wrong thing even if you repeated she won’t listen, I definitely won’t be returning to this Filiberto’s and plus, we’re the only ones in line, please help yourself and hire someone else!She has black hair and has eyelash extensions, it was a Sunday, March 17 around 2:30pm drive through.

This is the last time I come here. It's always the same stupid girl working at night. It doesn't matter what you tell her you're going to get she doesn't give you what you order. She will double check with you and make sure you don't get what you want. I told her I wanted a chorizo burrito with potatoes added. Nobody was behind me. She brought out a carne asada burrito. I told her know this is wrong. After repeating my order I get a tortilla full of chorizo that's not even cooked correctly. Literally just chorizo! She did look retarded.

Went in to get dinner for my kids and I on 1/18/2024 at 6/56 pm . While trying to order I couldn’t get my question off without the girl cutting me off and didn’t really let me speak . When at the window she was unhappy and when I asked for the total because I couldn’t really hear her she stated “I already told you the total “ she just seemed unhappy . I worked for years doing customer service and trust me that’s how you lose customers . I think she needs more training on how to talk to people

I've been to.alot of filibertos but in this one a young lady was working and she was so respectful and not only that she was smiling and treated us all with respect i loved her customer service i woulf go back there I didn't get her name but she had freckles on her face and she work
