There food is very delicious no matter what you order, it's always delicious and fast.

I go here very frequently for their lunch specials, good quality for the price I never leave hungry. The quality is decent and they keep the inside of the restaurant clean playing the typical Mexican music you would expect. The employees are friendly and answer any questions I would have. Only small issue is it's in a very small parking lot with one entrance/exit and sometimes the wait times are long but I attribute that to the food being made on the spot which is always a plus

I had a unprofessional experience. As we walked in. Will was helping the drive thru and he called a young girl for help. Not only did my family of 3 arrived, but another lady was first..Will called Kareen and she was like what. He asked her to help the customers and she shrugged her arms like what ever I'm doing something. We hear her back there laughing. The cook's were like are you gonna go help. Even the cooks looked imberassed by her. We patiently waited as Will was very polite, professional and apologized . I did ask for the girls name and I also got The guy name which was Will.I will also say it was one of the nicest, cleanest Filibertos around. The high chairs is what impressed me. They were so clean. I totally recommend this place. I also recommend they let this girl go. I've done customer service and your CUSTOMER COME FIRST..THANK YOU WILL AND THE COOKS GREAT JOB..I also called to talk to the manager and she was unprofessional on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and she was like for what. I said about a complaint. She said I can tell her because the manager doesn't speak English. I told her I can speak Spanish and she was like oh oh. But never told me when she will be in and hung up on me.Parking: Parking lot was clean. There was enough parking.Kid-friendliness: I loved that the quarter machine for kids actually worked and fully stalked.

Check your order before you leave the drive-thru. I went through the Drive thru and I was given an incomplete/wrong order. I called to informed so they would be aware and instead of just apologizing, they informed me of their manager's policy that the food must be brought and shown to them to get a refund. I was not looking for a refund as people make mistakes, I just wanted them to be aware of the mistake as I do not have time to go back. There was a 4 dollar price difference in the types of plates ordered.
Used to love coming here for Taco Tuesday and then one Tuesday after my girlfriend and I had ordered our usual we came home put our movie on and after an hr into the movie I'm reaching for my last taco because I only had 2 beef 3 chicken my gf had 4 beef we were missing a taco and didn't even notice cuz we were so confident they were all there. We went back after a discussion because we had a feeling they weren't going to believe us but I wanted to make my point here and let them know they have to be more attentive with the orders. We went back and talked to an extremely rude white skin pudgy Mexican lady forgot to get her name she had dyed blonde hair too I expressed what had happened and she came to the window extremely aggressive and rude stating that she did the order and that there was nothing missing and I knew that was going to happen and I let her know I came to advise them to be more attentive because I paid for the tacos I'm the one losing money here! If she would've responded a different way I would've left it at that. Don't even want to come back to this location I felt disrespected and robbed.

I used to love Alberto's when I grew up. You go get a taco for $2 or burrito for 2.50 but I went there today in order to tacos with cheese and sour cream. They charged me $13.95 and when I looked at the receipt they charged me $4.50 for sour cream! You can go to a restaurant for those prices. It's crazy how much they are making off of people. I'll tell you what this is the last time I go there

The tacos seemed premade and not fresh i ordered chicken tacos and the chicken was dry with red sauce in it shell was dry and not fried in grease never going back
