Filiberto's Mexican Food

Got 2 chimichangas for 13 bucks each came to almost 30 bucks. One was supposed to be shredded chicken it was more like grilled chunks with tons of refried beans and the green chili was more refried beans then chili. I was really disappointed. Need to find a good decent chimichanga place ☹️ not coming back here. I was a bit sus when it was dead during lunch hour. Should of listen to my instincts . The drive thru girl was nice though.

Got a cold hard dry burrito with cheese so greasy it made the tortilla hard as a rock. Went back and asked them to please remake. The women were so rude. I didn’t want money back, I wanted a yummy burrito. And I paid $16 already. She continued to be rude so I quietly opened the burrito up, dumped all the contents on the floor and stepped on it and I hope she is happy earning her $8 a hour refusing to remake old hard cold food and they forgot the salsa. I did ask in the Uber eats comments to please include salsa but they didn’t. Go to 7th Ave or any other Filis. I’ve never been unsatisfied with Filis food in the years and years of eating at the 7th Avenue establishment. Uber Eats did refund my $16 based on the photo of the stiff old crusty food.

Hair in my food !! With proof Since they took my other review off I posted the pictures that's so embarrassing the owner is denying hair in my food when there is I was able to finally posted on here Midway through eating I seen hair in my food but they have rude customer service here the owner never called me so I can't get a return with hair in my food but then I can't return it when I haven't ate it or touched it and yes I'm posting this everywhere on social media to not come to this location and they didn't even say sorry for at least having hair in my food nothing so rude

I found hair in my food and they refused to give me a refund or a discount for next time. I’m never coming back to this location again. All they said is that the owner is gonna call me. Their customer service sucks.

They were open and it's not worth it

One of my “go to” spots when I come to Phoenix!! Had the carne asada fries in the middle of the day— EXXXXXQUISITE! Well done!

They keep on raising their prices and now charging credit card fees if one uses their credit card . Buisness should be the one who pays the fees and not the consumer
