Halo-Halo Kitchen is the best, cleanest, good atmosphere, nice workers. They have treated me very kine. I est at Halo-Halo at least three times weekly. The food is fresh, cooked daily and multiple choices. The price is beyond fair for the portion. Love this day! ❤️“
