Filipino Fusion is an authentic Filipino restaurant with a friendly, family environment. The food is incredible, very flavorful, and a perfect representation of classic dishes. Many classic dishes are on the menu, including lumpia, which is some of the best ever eaten and perfect with its spicy sweet and sour sauce. Other standout dishes include succulent chicken adobo, Sinigang na Baboy, Daing na Bangus, incredible Pork Sisig, and perfect Pancit Bihon. For dessert, the halo halo is great, like a snow cone with evaporated milk and ube ice cream, and the pastries are amazing, including nice fluffy sweet puto. The crew is very friendly and hospitable, providing a ray of sunshine. It is a highly recommended new go-to spot for authentic, spot-on Filipino cuisine.
