I was in town for a conference and went in search of independent coffee shops and found this one on Google maps. It turned out to be a bit different than I expected - it seems their primary focus is on teas and sweet dairy coffee/espresso drinks - not black coffee. I believe they only had one coffee bean option so I got whatever they had on drip. It was ok. The space and staff were nice. And I’ll always recommend this kind of place over any large chain store.

I love Fillmore! It’s my favorite coffee in Phoenix. I recommend getting the Flat White Cafe Cubano and the Butternut Chicken Wrap!

Food is usually delicious and fresh, but the past few times i have been in, service and food has been terrible.
The past few times that i have come in, the food takes forever even tho there’s not many people in the place. They forgot salsa on both burritos, and the burritos seemed like they had sat out for a while. The panini bread wasnt toasted or pressed.
The phone lines listed online don’t work.
Probably my last time going here unless they can get it together.

Coffee and food seemed okay. The atmosphere is the issue. They openly let homeless people sleep on their couch and spread their junk everywhere. Very unsafe. None of the staff seemed suited to protecting the business or their customers. Typical that everyone just seemed to ignore the smell and disruption. If I don’t look at it, it doesn’t exist right? I wouldn’t let your children go in. Not going back.

Visited Fillmore on the last day of our trip for breakfast & coffee. Everything about the experience was great. Big space with plenty of seats, quick service, coffee was good, and food was delicious, big portions, and fair priced. Highly recommend!

Great spot! I wish they had longer hours but I just have to make sure and schedule my day so I can have an excellent iced mocha 😎

Unfortunately not a great experience.
Waited 25 minutes for a flat white - hire more people?? Or at least give me a heads up it's going to be a long wait time.
Acai bowl was legitimately the worst I've ever had. It was maybe a third of a banana and 3 strawberries on top - and that's the end of the fruit part of the bowl!!!! The rest was frozen acai which was too sweet, not sure if they load it with sweeteners or what, and wayyy to much sugary granola. Waste of money.
Not a great experience and I would take my money to one of the MANY better qualify coffee shops in a 2 block radius.

Neat little shop with local art on the walls. And that’s the end of the good things. I read in a past review that the barista is not friendly, I don’t know if I got the same one or if they only hire people of that caliber, either way, not nice employees. The coffee was also waaaaaaayyyy subpar. I waited for 15 minutes for my 2 black drip coffees, and the quality was gas station at best. Seriously, walk an extra block or two for a shop that cares about people and coffee, even if it’s just a Starbucks.

Not impressed! Half cooked burrito with a mediocre yogurt parfait. However, my coffee (Mexican mocha) was good.
