Small place that makes for a great date night! Tamales on site are good as well. Staff is really nice!

Great place to see some unique local films/movies. They also have exceptional tamales.

FilmBar always has unique movies. I saw The Room there years ago, before I knew it was a cult classic. The bar is also a cool place to wait and talk to other movie goers.

This establishment is awesome! Had a party for a family member here and the owner/staff were super accommodating. We set up a custom video to be played on screen, we all laughed and ate our snacks and enjoyed the vibe of this gem.

Went to a comedy show here that was pretty cool. Good drinks, and they even had tamales.

My favorite place in Phoenix. The owner and the Film Programmer are amazing people. Community-based organization that serves beer. What's not to love. These guys are what real downtown Phoenix is about. Just go and take in the awesomeness. Have a beer or 20 and watch a film or 8. The. Best.

This place is always a trip. Always worth checking out to see what is going on. I prefer the blind approach just for the surprise.Beer available along with all they other movie stuff.

Great local drafthouse! Bike rack out front makes for easy lock and walk to the door. Tamales and popcorn top the unique theater fair. We ordered tickets and drinks all on one tab. I got a mango cider and took it into into the small theater. Here each lounge chair has a collapsible table and maybe a dozen seats. The wall on one side features a mural painted by a local muralist. We watched Lydia Lunch documentary and drank. Special mention goes out to the gender-neutral restrooms and local art adorning the walls.

We just celebrated my fiancé’s birthday here and I couldn’t imagine a better time. I am so thankful for the kind staff and the help renting the auditorium. Such a wonderful memory with the family. We cannot wait to do this again! Thank you SO much!

Went to the Rock Horror Picture Show. It was awesome. The bar in the lobby is run well if relaxed. The "were all family here" vibe runs throughout the establishment. It's a good thing. Only beer & wine and come early as the parking lot fills quickly. It's a great time but really only for adults as it is a bar and people are getting tipsy. Go with a date and have a blast.
