A little slice of heaven just behind the Albertson's on Northern. Delicious gourmet Pizza had a very good price. I had the Pesto Chicken pizza The staff was something you would see from the '50s. Meaning attentive and polite. Great customer service. Thank you.Oh and did I mention fast.

Extremely slow staff. I've been here twice, thinking that the first time was just a one off, but now I see that it is the same each time. I called my order in and when I got there they had not even started the pizzas. Then a customer came in after me and ordered 2 pizzas and they received theirs before I did. Small and dirty dining room. Highly advise against visiting this location

If management doesn't care enough about this location, then I guess I won't either. I came here with my wife to use a credit in my account from a previous location visit. This one was tiny and didn't look well loved by corporate. Staff was very nice, but I was told I can't use rewards or credits because their machine doesn't work. In fact, they informed me that they've asked IT to visit on numerous occasions to fix it, only to be told they weren't sending anyone there.I feel sorry for the staff here. Hard to do your job when corporate doesn't care about your success. I would give them a single star, but this is more about Fired Pie corporate than it is the workers here.

They were super slammed last night and the red haired lady in charge was super friendly and trying her best to get the uber drivers orders and my family and i. Although there was this other lady slightly older and she was honestly just in her way and kept messing my simple pepperoni pizza up. There was this slender guy with tattoos that came in and helped them finish up the orders with them. Over all love the pizza just not the best experience this time. :(

I have been coming here nonstop for the last several months because we moved to the area and I have been treated very well by all of the employees ithe employees I highly recommend this location everything is always delicious clean and fresh! Mary and Jerome are INCREDIBLE! Customer service is definitely the strongest here than any pizza place I've been to!

Super friendly new staff! I have tried FirePie a few times now and their pizza is top notch. I like that they have other options than just red sauce for the base. Today I tries the Elote Pie, AMAZING! It is Mexican street corn on a nice crispy pizza pie crust! So GOOD! If you have tried FirePie in the past and you were so-so about it, this Elote Pie will blow your mind and get you hooked! I also learned that FirePie is locally owned and only in Arizona! Support local!

Four of us we went to get a pizza. People arrived after us and the girls made their pizzas first. And we placed our order before everyone else!The ingredients are low quality. But is what you get for the price. It is very difficult to place an order when every employee is a teenager. They don't care about customer service but not every teenager is the same. At this location they are just kids. I will never get a pizza again from here.

I went here 4/26/22 @ 7pmI ordered a pizza everything was great ate most of it in the dark turned the lights on and I had a bug like baked on my pizza crunchy seasoned oiled and all ….I go to the store today about 5:20 discreetly share the information gets directed to a supervisor who had me waiting to write my information down and wait on someone from hr to contact me regarding a refund lol … keep the money you lost a customer everything on 19th Avenue is different…
Pizz is my grandsons favorite. It's not consistent. When we dine in is always better than when we get take out. Super friendly staff

Ok ! This here is the BEST fired pie !! Kayla and heather were amazing and this was the best fired pie I have had in the valley. I think They work the morning shift so get there early get your pizzas and enjoy the wonderful personalities these two women have. I will definitely be back
