If I could give it less stars I would. Wouldn't let me place an order online, so I called. First time I spoke to a lady who seemed completely disinterested in helping me, said to call back closer to when I wanted to pick up. Okay, that's fine. Second time I called I spoke to a lady who was super nice, she took my order says come in 15 minutes later to pick it up(they were out of the meatball subs though so I had to order something else). I come in to pick up and the lady I talked to the first time on the phone was at the register, super unfriendly, doesn't know what I'm talking about when I say I have an order to pick up. Come to learn they have some sort of call center that takes orders for them, and I guess they never flipping check it? I had to wait for them to prepare my order which they did with absolutely no urgency. I called ahead for a ducking reason. The sandwich was okay but for the service I'd say don't bother. 0/5

This fire house subs location is becoming more and more ghetto.its becoming lower then subway but still at the same expensive price. Everytime I come by. There is something always wrong. The soda machine has been broken for a while now. The cookies have been burnt. The online app has said the location was closed I came in after trying to place an order online. I said something and was told thats good for us that they can't get orders, and today walked in and you can't order in the store. They only taking online orders. Which sucked cuz I didn't have my phone.

Why does every single location make their subs as wet and soggy with sauce as they possibly can!!!! Every single time 🤮

Drive through traffic to get to this place just to find out the doors are locked with a sign saying the lobby is closed

I love fire house subs specially when they have fresh ingredients all the time, but today was not the day. Both of my subs had onions on them and I requested no onions. That I can get over, but what I cannot get over is the fact that I ordered can cokes and paid extra. Instead, I got Tea I am highly allergic to tea. The only reason why I didn’t know it was Tia’s because it came in a plastic cup, and I was so thirsty that I’m just chugging it. Now I’m currently throwing up and very sick. I really hope this makes people pay attention to what they’re doing because you can cause I want to get really sick or worse end up in the hospital. Now I can enjoy my food and can’t get a refund Also, possibly go to the hospital.

Disappointed in the Gluten-Free Option

Stopped by Firehouse Subs for the second time, excited to grab a sub with their advertised gluten-free roll. Unfortunately, I was told, still a week later that the truck didn’t deliver any. For a quick-service spot, this was super disappointing, especially since I was expecting a convenient option. It’s frustrating that the gluten-free option isn’t ready to go like the regular bread. Hoping they can improve this process in the future! I’ll update when we try again. I’m still looking for a
Gluten free sub lol!

If I could give this place zero stars I would.Horrible customer service.I called in a veggie sub ahead of time because I had to go to work. They told me it would be ready in a few minutes.Got there and they were standing around talking and it wasn't even made.I informed them I called it in because I had to go to work. They didn't care. Then they didn't make my sub right.Called them 3 times. They refused to answer the phone.Took the sub back there and asked for a refund. They didn't care at all and the female working there treated me bad all the way out the door.Ended up late for work.

Vegetarian options: Terrible.No tomatos.

Not too pleased with sandwiches being made with such a high countertop. That doesn't allow customers to view the sandwich as it's being made. Employees seem friendly once you initiate the small talk. However a hairnet would be nice, when making the sandwiches as well. Aside from that, a bit expensive. $20 for a foot long , chips, and large drink seems quite greedy. Hoping there's no retaliation for this review on my next visit.

I fail to understand how EVERY time I request "no" to an ingredient; it still ends up on my sandwich. My entire store orders from here and we will not be doing that any longer due to the lack of concern to quality. Have fun when your illiterate employees put a redacted ingredient on a sandwich of someone with an allergy problem.

I got some lunch to go as usual. Food was great. This is just feedback because I get firehouse regularly from this spot. While waiting, they were busy. I noticed the staff greeting walkin' customers in a very off-putting tone. The way in which you tell someone you're busy can basically say we aren't interested in your business. As someone with vast customer service experience, it was like screeching to my ears. I get they were trying to set expectations, but the manner, tone, and delivery could have made the customers comfortable waiting.
