Today I had the “Captain Club” combo for lunch and OMG! I was truly empressed with the speed, presentation and overall flavor of this sandwich. After today, I will always choose firehouse subs as my favorite for sandwiches. Thank you and your team for making me and my partner feel at home in this location. We frequent this location often. We have done dine-in, carry out and delivery and never have issues. We always need to customize our sandwiches due to allergies and they always accommodate. I never need to worry if the order is accurate.

Everytime I come in here everyone seems like they absolutely hate their lives. Even the managers. I'd rather them not greet me at all than the monotone drab attitude. I never see anyone eat at the store probably cause all you do is overhear all this store drama between the employees . The sandwiches are good. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars . They need to be aware people are their guests and treat them with appreciation. I'm sorry if you hate your job. This is a notice to ownership as well. Why do your employees act like this?

Employees hate there job and are rude. Only person in the store with 5 employees and my one medium sandwich took 20 minutes to be made. Tables were all dirty n filled with crumbs. Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered 4 sandwiches at 8pm, picked up at 8:30. The meatball had a hair in it. We did a build your own sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, turkey, no mayo and instead got a turkey sandwich with ONLY MAYO. By the time we got home it was 9pm & they were closed. So disappointed, this was my first experience and really hoped to love it as they’re right around the corner.

Place my order today at 12:00 got there at 1:00 and they tell me there's two orders ahead of it everyone in the store which is about four people look very upset and have been waiting a long time. This is not a once in a while thing with this place it's every single day all day you could walk in with no one there placed your order online 30 minutes beforehand and it will not be made or even started. I can tell you this from over a hundred times of going there and I now will never go back. I will go to one that is managed correctly. It is true on the other reviews where they tell you to come back and speak to Jennifer and then you get horrible service from her also I go to any other Firehouse subs in the valley no problem food is made on time everyone's polite. When you walk into this place everyone who's in there is pissed off upset and waiting 10 times longer than it would take it any other place for a sandwich. They won't talk to you they won't communicate with you and they won't let you know how long it's going to take just basically shut up sit down and wait. It is not like to say any other Firehouse subs I've ever been to The other reviews back up what I'm saying. So corporate walk in that door and see what we mean place an online order do a GrubHub order have it delivered to your house you will probably fall asleep waiting for it. Walk in at 12:15 p.m. Corporate and see how everyone is upset see how everyone has lost their lunch hour by the time they receive their sandwich and have to go back to work That's how you lose customers permanently. I would know I ordered three times through GrubHub and I did fall asleep all three times waiting an hour and a half and yes I tip $20 every time so that was not the issue. Then see how long it takes when you order for delivery just to get a driver to take it they don't want to go there because they know they're going to wait 20 to 30 minutes. Instead of getting Firehouse subs four times a month I now do it one time a month because I have to travel much further to get it and it's worth it to travel versus putting up with this place.

Way to do it Tatum Parkplace!!! I'm Gluten Free and Firehouse has the best GF bread in town. For over a month they were out of GF bread I would call weekly to see if they had received their delivery. Much to my joyous surprise there was a VM left for me saying they had finally received GF bread. I NEVER GAVE THEM MY NAME OR NUMBER. SOMEONE took it upon themselves to save my number and outreach to me. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!❤️
