Sandwiches had little meat and an over abundance of mayo. Not good at all. Chili is the best, really good. We ordered via door dash and the driver had to wait for food it took an hour.

Zero stars if it was possible. Stood at the counter waiting to order while 3 ladies were behind the sandwhich making area... not one of them acknowledged me and said they would be right with me. Finally, I asked could I order some sandwiches from one of you? The one lady with half of her hair red and the other hair black responded " yeah, we're busy"... a minute or two later she finally walks over to take my order. I asked to speak to the manager with which she replied I am the manager. I said, then you should have better customer service. Very rude and unprofessional/unpleasant . Next time you should acknowledge your customers, and say we will be right with you instead of ignoring them.

This used to be one of my favorite sandwich places until tonight. I ordered online and had my husband go and pick it up while I was getting off work. I was really looking forward to it all day since I didn't get to have lunch that day and firehouse subs was going to be my dinner. When I opened up the box for my sandwich it looked okay but when I picked it up it was SO soggy, dripping wet, and fell over like a wet spaghetti noodle. I didn't care though I was so hungry and that place never did me wrong before so I still gobbled it up. My mistake though I couldn't even finish it because halfway through I felt sick and shortly after threw it up. Won't be going there again it's too bad like I stated before it used to be my favorite sandwich places.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 medium sandwiches. Overpriced for what you can get at other restaurants. I will not be returning.
Subs are just okay here. Nothing special about them. If I was starving I'd eat them otherwise there are much better choices out there.

How many ways can I count our experience was bad? The food? We can't even get our order because they don't put our name on the bag AND THEY GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. So we have to order again and although we placed our order long before, they "have to do all the online orders first" even though those orders came in after. The manager was zero help, and when we finally get our order, it's not what we ordered! If all the teenagers working there would actually do their work instead of dancing around, and the manager MANAGED them, this place might be ok. But in the meantime, we won't return.

You would think with the staff all being 30+ years old, you would get fantastic service. Wrong. This place has the rudest and most unprofessional staff and I'm sure the woman whom was the rudest of them all was the manager! Crazy times we live in. All I wanted was to pick up my order and was told there was a few orders in front of me, cool I wait patiently for about 10-15 minutes, but as I do, I watch about 6-7 employees just standing around chit chatting about personal things! Also, while waiting the manager had enough time to casually walk around the deserted lobby and wipe tables with a filthy cloth. Run, don't walk from this place.

Ordered the large Meatball sub. Not enough meatballs or melted cheese. Moreover, the wheat bun was burnt on one side. It was a carry out. The half size on a previous order was better. Burnt sub for $15.00 and they wanted a fireman's tip. SMH.
