Firehouse Subs 35th Ave. and Greenway

A fantastic experience! Firehouse Subs is ALWAYS top notch and on point in my experience, and this location was was up to par and on top of their game just as I've experienced everytime in any store. Bottom line, a great location to represent the great company name. I was exceptionally pleased.

I had my wife and sleeping kids in the car so I ordered through the app so she could punch in her own order. When I went inside I was greeted and asked my name, I gave it then said “I just ordered”. A voice from the back said “then why are you here” it was rude and condescending for no reason. I was not in a hurry and I knew it was early. I was told by the cashier it was the manager who said it. Maybe he didn’t expect me to hear him but why even say that? What a miserable employee and I hope the owner knows what kind of manager he has. Dined on 4/5 430pm didn’t even trust eating the food after. Requesting a refund from upper management.

Disappointing service from the evening crew who disrespected my fiancée the last time we were in. We have not given this company our business since and will continue to go elsewhere.

Firehouse Subs is straight-up fire! 🔥 The subs are always fresh and delicious, and the staff is super friendly—shoutout to the guy working the register on February 19th around 6 PM—he was awesome!
The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the vibe. It’s just too quiet in there! Like, awkwardly quiet. My family and I go pretty often, and it’s so silent you can hear every word of the next table’s convo (and trust me, we’re not trying to eavesdrop 😂). Some music or even a TV would make the place feel a lot more lively.
Other than that, Firehouse Subs is a great spot for tasty subs and great service. Definitely worth a visit!

There food is great but the cost is too high.

Had a BOGO offer and thought I would try Firehouse again after quite a gap. Taste was good. Price is somewhat high without the offer. Order was promptly ready to go. Restaurant was clean. Easy to spot pick up area. acknowledged by employee upon entering. Good location. Love the to go boxes they use.

The hot specialty Italian sub was cold and soggy
Have ordered three times and only get the subs have tried ordering mac and cheese but is never given to me with the order
So of you go here watch them to make sure you get what you pay for and they acually make the food right otherwise you get a sloppy mess and missing items

Rude customer service. The woman who takes orders is on the phone as she is taking orders then goes to the back to FaceTime while customers are waiting.
