Their service was great they are so nice and I really appreciated their patients when I didn't know what I wanted to order.

A better class of sandwiches than some of the other places. I'm particularly fond of the New York Steamer and the Engineer. The place is always clean and the service is fast and friendly.

I was the only customer in there and yet the woman at the register just seemed exasperated and irritated that I was there. She was the same way to the man that came in before I left.
We were missing the pickles that we asked for, when we removed one meat from the sandwich they sounded like they would put a little extra of the other 2 on there but we ended up with an extremely thin - but accurate, sandwich.
I love firehouse, will always round up despite the pricey food, but this location has let me down a few times now.

I came in a few nights ago and there was a girl with glasses, dark hair talking on the phone at an obnoxiously loud volume making it almost impossible to enjoy my food, gossiping about god knows what. On top of her loud voice, her attitude was even worse. She had no customer service AT ALL. Last time I came in everyone was so nice and professional and the food was great. Not so much with her.

If my restaurant was completely empty I would maybe be nice to the one person that walks into the store but that is apparently not the philosophy of the staff here I walk in don’t get greeted at all I barely approach the counter and I am just asked “here or togo” no eye contact no greeting and I mean the sun doesn’t have to shine out of your ass but the attitude gave very much why are you here? So I fixed it by leaving and purchasing nothing

Damn you charge $18 on uber eats for a sub and you barely put any Jamaican jerk turkey on it. And it’s $9.10 for extra meat. Last time ordering from here

I went with my family today 4/14/25 around 7 pm and I hate to say that those employees that worked tonight are hurting this establishment. I love coming to this specific location because they have always been great, quick, clean, & friendly. But tonight Gladys was cussing up a storm. Even after she spoke with her manager she kept cussing and arguing with my husband… I will continue to come because I support the location but when she is on shift I will not be. She has ruined it for my family of 4

Great food and nice people

Ordered 2 Turkey subs. They packed on so much mayo that it was unedible. I couldn’t even enjoy my lunch. I will never order from here again. It was a waste of my time and money. If I could give zero starts I would cause this is ridiculous.

Me and my wife came to just try this place out. It was our first time trying the subs here. My wife is really indecisive and struggles with trying out different foods. However, Jasmine/Yasmine was absolutely helpful and so sweet. She recommended my wife the Cajun Chicken. She made sure everything inside was okay with my wife. The food was absolutely delicious and the place was pretty clean. We both felt fulfilled and our expectations were met!

Let’s just start off with, I’m not coming back. Since I seen others are talking about their horrible experience here, I’m coming with mine. I came last tuesday around 4pm and they took their dear time… Why does it take 15 Minutes for 2 sandwiches and there was only 1 other person inside???

The people who work there took their time taking my order! The bread was stale and the meat was salty. Prices too high. Go to Jersey Mike's instead..
