It would be an understatement when saying this place has the best authentic Ethiopian cuisine in Phoenix!! The satisfaction when the injera reaches your mouth is nothing short of outstanding. I’ve been eating at First Cup Ethiopian Restaurant on and off for over five years, and every single time it’s been an incredible experience. The food is always of excellent quality—fresh, flavorful, and consistently prepared with care. That consistency is rare to find, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

Second time here, and I'll definitely be back. Excellent food and service. As I am not Ethiopian, I don't know much about the food or what is customary, but the Lady here was very nice and answered all the questions I had. I had a vegetarian plate, and I am not leaving hungry. Thank you First Cup.
