This is the worst location in the valley, take your money to the Gilbert location. The hosts are rude to me every time I come in to pick up my takeout order. They act inconvenienced by everything. This time, I ordered French toast and asked for 1 extra piece of toast. The host said they may not be able to do that. I told the host I’ve ordered an extra piece of French toast before and would obviously be willing to pay extra, but I was told I would have to speak to a manager regarding my request... for an extra piece of toast! & The portions are small here compared to other locations, which is why I asked for an extra piece in the first place. Correct this.

Mitchell was so amazing!! It was our 1st time eating at First Watch. He made everything so enjoyable and his meal suggestions were on point!! We'll definitely come back, and hopefully we'll have Mitchell as our server. Best service I've had in such a long time!

If you’re lucky enough to get Mitchell as your server at First Watch, you’re in for an amazing experience! From the moment we were seated, Mitchell made us feel genuinely welcomed. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.
What stood out the most was his friendly, upbeat attitude—he brought such a positive energy to our table that it made the whole brunch even better. Our orders were correct, perfectly timed, and he checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was great.
Mitchell clearly takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every interaction. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having the best experience possible. First Watch is lucky to have someone like him on the team—he’s the kind of server that makes you want to come back again and again.
Highly recommend asking for Mitchell if you’re visiting!

Their menu doesn’t have as much options as other breakfast places I’ve visited, but what they have was good, either we order the wrong items or we must have ordered the wrong items because the place was packed. We sat at the counter so we got right in other wise it would have been 20-30 minutes wait.

This was my first time to this specific location and it did not disappoint! The Morning Meditation drink was AMAZING!! Very refreshing and delish! I also had the shrimp and grits and it was also very good. Customer service was excellent!

On June 6 I spoke to Joi the manager about saving a table for me and my girlfriend for June 14 to have breakfast so I can propose to her. (This is the place we had our first date at)When the day came and after we ate, I proposed, and then the whole staff went above and beyond and gave us a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a card signed by all of them. It was an amazing moment for both of us, thank you all we pray that y’all have a blessed day. We love you all.

We come to First Watch almost every day, and it’s consistently a great experience. The food is always fresh, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We did have a couple of times where we were accidentally forgotten, but management handled it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to Jasmine—she’s always kind, attentive, and truly makes our visits special. Highly recommend!

Unacceptable breakfast! You must care about what you're cooking. As a waitress, you should care about the appearance of what you're serving to your customers. The gravy was cold and looked like mucus. You all should be ashamed of your standards. The rule is if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it to someone. The manager never even came to apologize for the food. He left that to our waitress. They took an extra $2 off our bill. I would have appreciated the manager's apology more than the $2. Even though we had a buy one get one free coupon, my food should have been better.
