Outstanding breakfast joint! Not only if the food is good, no great, but their servings are artistic masterpiece displays. We’ve frequented a few First Watches, but this is the one we favor. The variety alone on the menu not only offers one and excruciatingly difficulty for decision making, but having many, many of these offerings – deciding is probably the hardest thing to do here. From perfectly prepared Mimosas and Sunrises to the Morning Meditations and Purple Haze, to their unique or common entrees, or even deserts, we have rarely found better breakfast ops anywhere. We’ve had the experience of trying the likes of the Farmhouse Hash (excellent), their Sauteed Cajun Shrimp and Grits, or Bob’s Cheesy Grits (as an old south grits lover, I know grits, and they’re one of the few places who know how to really make them), the Million Dollar Bacon is a ‘Baconator’s’ delight… and I can go on and on. Try it for yourself, you can never go wrong. Kudos management and staff for not just great stuff, but an incredible consistency almost unheard of in the industry~

A whif of roach smell invited me as I stepped in through the front door with a colleague and just put me off. I couldn't say no to the meal but tried to order something that was fresh and coffee without offending the company

The food here was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything from the avocado toast to the morning meditation juice hit the spot. But beyond the great food, what really stood out to me was the team — especially Ruben.
Ruben is the kind of person every restaurant needs. Throughout breakfast, I found myself watching how he moved through the dining room — always aware, always attentive. He has a natural sense for what guests need, often addressing issues or checking in before anyone even had to ask. His calm and professional demeanor, paired with that sharp intuition, was seriously impressive. If he’s not already in a management role, he definitely should be.
Shout out to Heidi as well — she was a wonderful waitress, warm and efficient, and made the experience even better.
All in all, this is the kind of spot you leave feeling full, happy, and well taken care of. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was delicious. We were seated right away on a Saturday morning, our sever was attentive and efficient, the food was yummy. It was great having vegan options 🙌. Their lemonade was refreshing…highly recommend!
