The food was served hot and delicious. Everything was made to order. The customer was good. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and fries to go. I recommend this location and restaurant.

It takes forever to get your food. They only had 2 people working and they’re dealing with all the to go orders. I walked in which was a mistake. It took almost 20 min to get my food. It’s also very expensive for what you get.

I fined it disgusting the staff would let a elderly lady who is homeless sit outside hungry. When I asked them if they would help her with a meal the gentleman worker said hell no. I will never do business them them ever again. Hopefully people see this and choose a different restaurant instead of five Guys. And yes I will be posting this on social media for the world to see what a heartless franchises all about. Maybe the owner should employ better employees instead of ones that sit around playing on their cellphones.

Good dining experience overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional and the restaurant was clean. The burgers themselves were very good but I did feel like the frys were a little soggy and not very crispy. You get a lot for your buck when you order frys since they do big scoops which is good. There’s parking on the side which can get full, but there’s extra parking in the back. Overall a good and average experience no complaints.
Parking: Plenty of parking with spots on the side of the building and the back.

I have never been ignore by so many people in my life. Yeah, I'm standing at the pickup area for a pickup. What a shocker. -- and one that ought to have been done ten minutes ago when the place was completely dead.
Usually I’m a five guys fan, but it was my first time going to this location and I was really disappointed. The fries were soggy and undercooked, and the cashier was a bit rude. He called me “sir” then muttered something under his breath when he realized I’m a woman. Wouldn’t have cared if he had either said nothing and continued the interaction, or apologized for the mistake, but his reaction was a bit off putting.
