Despite asking for a burger, well done and getting my burger and it not being well done I said I wasn’t gonna come back here again. I decided to give it another try but before I did, I was going to tell the person at the cash register how my last experience was I told Alexis and she apologized and helped correct the situation. 😉.

I love the atmosphere here the food is amazing definitely try one of the milkshakes and you can't go wrong with a burger everyone here is really friendly I'm definitely planning on going back soon everyone should check it out until next time👌🏽
started at panda. No greens , line out the door. Ended up here. Friendly ,fast cashier was actually hhelpful. Might change to 5 on food after I eat. Recommend if your already in this miserable frys parking lot.

We came in for a late-night dinner with a large group, arriving just 30 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the staff member who took our order was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They didn’t seem the least bit bothered by our sizable group or the fact that we were ordering so close to closing time. Their accommodating attitude made us feel right at home, setting a positive tone for the rest of our dining experience.

This your typical Five Guys fast food burger joint with their regular brand menu and special offerings. As an occasional junk food-eater I've over the years dutifully tried everything on their menu at least once, even more than once. They have managed to keep their products consistent over the years, in almost every location I’ve tried. So, as to make it easy to determine each of these locations, when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast food joint can be! I determine by: cleanliness; service; product quality and consistency; convenience; accessibility; taste and the personnel’s attitude and customer service level. This place scores 4.5 of 5. I will be coming back here and do recommend it! As I mentioned, they are a little more expensive, not by much, from their competition, but their product and enjoyment of it is worth the extra pennies!

Everything had a weird after taste. Fries were undercooked and over seasoned. Watery lettuce that made everything soggy. Half of the fountain drinks were out of order.

I don’t know if it’s the employees not doing the job right or if they don’t know how to properly cook a burger but this five guys gave me food poisoning I ordered a burger on the app at the baseline and 24 st location on 3/19 and today I woke up with the worst upset stomach went to the ER and they told me I got food poisoning worst experience ever because usually they are good and well prepared but never again will I visit a five guys again no thank you
