The burgers were hot but holly cow make sure and get extra napkins because they are greasy...very greasy. The fries are in the realm of 'okay' and soda cups run small. All that is tolerable if the price for two burgers, two fries, and two cokes didn't need a second mortgage to purchase. I've never understood peoples love for this chain. I only knock it down to four stars due to the cost to actually eat a mouthful of protein grease, ok fries, and wash it down with a prohibition size soda...and it was my fault for choosing to eat there. Otherwise the employees are great, it's very clean, and location is accessible.

When immediately called to have the order refunded or remade correctly the employee screamed on the phone "i will not remake your food, you can come in tomorrow to talk to the GM" and hung up.This is incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing.Actual theft.

Wonderful customer service by the staff. The girl who took our order was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The guy who gave us our food was very polite. Food was hot and fresh, cooked/prepared perfect. These folks seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. It has been tough since 2020 to find good customer service in food- I was so surprised and we enjoyed our dinner because of it. The place was also very clean! A big thank you to the staff!

Wow, first time at this location in years (since I moved. What a great group of employees! I think 3 immediately welcomed me as I walked in the door, order taker was friendly, food was done quickly- lady that called my number and brought up my food was so sweet. Absolutely delicious burgers, and they throw in free peanuts for a pre-meal snack or a post-meal palate cleanser. The food and service both deserve a solid five stars. However, the atmosphere leans towards the sterile side with an excess of text on all the walls.
They play their music too loud it's not even good music at least play something from the 60s 70s.

I used to love five guys. Went to Ray Rd location last night. Service and atmosphere are still the same, but five guys has changed. The burgers are about $10 and they're just so so. Patties are pretty small, and if you get all the toppings the burger just comes out soggy and cold. The large fry is over $7 and not a great value like it used to be. I love the fries but that is too high of a price for what you get now compared to how it was. We also got a grilled cheese which is probably the worst effort on a grilled cheese I have seen in a while. Plus it was almost $8. Anyway I'm probably done with five guys. There are way way better options for the same money.
