The prices are just too high for what you get. The burger patty is greasy and devoid of flavor. The fries are massively abundant but too salty. The service is always great. The walls are covered in reviews more than a decade old.

Very poor service, I can tell you not to order from Five Guys. I waited 1.5 hours for my order and then it was cancelled by Five Guys. Very bad behaviour!

I pretty much like everything about Five Guys. I love the burgers, fries and atmosphere. My last order was a bacon cheeseburger and an order of fries. About $20. This Tatum and Bell location is convenient for me. I coupled my visit by picking up a locker order at the Home Depot across the street. There were two guys working at the time and they greeted me immediately. They were friendly. I told them my name and said it was an online order. He said, we got it, give me two minutes. I said I’m in no hurry, especially since I knew my burger would be fresh off the grill. I passed the time eating peanuts. There was only me and two other guys as customers at the time because it was midafternoon. This location is a clean, modern facility in a popular shopping area. There’s plenty of parking. I drove my order home to eat it and realized they put an extra patty on my burger. I didn’t mind it at all in fact I loved the burger and had to use tons of napkins. The fries… they’re always great. They give you two orders. One order that fits in the cup in the bag and the other order are the fries that didn’t fit in the cup. Didn’t disappoint. I recommend it!
Parking: This is a major shopping center parking lot so there’s plenty of parking especially in this quieter corner of the lot.

The quality of the beef in the burger is good. But, the burger has a problem…no salt. The meat is always completely bland. The toppings are the only thing with flavor. If they’d salt their burger it would be infinitely better. I’ve never in my life heard of a burger place not putting salt on their burger. Big mistake.
The fries? Perfection. Absolutely my favorite fries, ever. They are always cooked perfectly, crispy, fluffy, hot, fresh and most importantly, they are perfectly seasoned with salt…unlike their burger ?

I don't particularly care for five guys, but the spouse LOVES it. So we took the in-laws, mom LOVED it, and dad thought it was "pretty good". Now I love that the hotdogs are cooked on the griddle and not boiled. Nothing worse than a waterlogged hotdog. So, I would have given a 5, BUT I ordered an oreo shake, and it had maybe 1 oreo in it. The shake was white with black specks, literally. I wish I had taken a picture before I threw it in the trash. Burger King charges less and gives an oreo-filled shake for less than 1/2 the price. It was either 7 or 10 dollars. Definitely not impressed.

Little upset. Tried using gift card the district manager gave me a few months back and I go to try to use it... it declines call customer service they said it was used back in November. So I got a none working gift card..
