They serve a pretty good burger and the place is pretty clean. Definitely on the pricey side. If french fries is your favorite, this is the place to go!

We come here pretty frequently, but today we came past 5:30 and had the best burgers and fries we have ever tasted!! In the past, the quality of the food has been pretty much hit or miss. Often disappointed with how soggy the buns are or how the fries are over cooked... but today it was different! Hope we get this consistent quality every time from now on! The staff are always really friendly. We usually have to remind them that we have ordered our shakes but today we got it without having to remind them. We want these people working every time we come!

The best Five Guys! Plenty of fries; large size gets a third of a bag. Not one, but two Coca Cola Freestyle Machines, with custom mixes. Workers are so courteous!

This place is so bad and the tall manager in the black shirt with long hair is does not know what he is doing i was standing around waiting for over 15 minutes after he told me 4 to 5 minutes then after 15 minutes he asked me if I was waiting on an order just unbelievable this place is a joke DO NOT COME HERE POOR FOOD HANDLING AS WELL

Food was ..okay. Burgers were just kinda slapped together. The drink machine with hundreds or different combinations (both machines actually) had only tonic water that was coming out different colors , but no flavor. Disappointed after the 30+$ meal.

Food is great, service is great. However I’ve bought the different sizes of fries multiple times but get the same amount every time. If I’m paying $10 for a large fry why am I getting so little? Sometimes I’m more hungry and want more fries or I’m going to share with someone but the past 8 months or so It just really sucks to buy a large fry and open my bag to see less than when I bought a smaller size, makes me not want to buy from my favorite place anymore. It’s already so expensive and to not get what you pay for makes it less worth it.

Customer service was great. They greeted me when I walked in the door. I was looking at the menu and the man asked me several times if I needed help with my order. I ended up ordering fries due to the high prices but the fries were so good & fresh. I used vinegar and ketchup on them.

The guys working up front this morning told me I couldn’t use the bathroom unless I was a paying customer. I was picking up a DoorDash order so I canceled it and left. Ridiculous to tell me I can’t use the bathroom.

The prices are just too high for what you get. The burger patty is greasy and devoid of flavor. The fries are massively abundant but too salty. The service is always great. The walls are covered in reviews more than a decade old.
