The guy who rang me up I believe his name was Zander, he was so sweet and explained the whole menu to me without hesitation and he didn’t sound annoyed with me or anything. He was super friendly and when he first saw me trip when I was coming in he didn’t make me feel embarrassed or anything, super sweet young man! He deserves a raise! Amazing customer service and the store looked spotless!

I was at Five Guys yesterday and the cashier Amy was amazing. A man in front of me with disabilities was trying to pay, but appeared confused and had to call his mom. Amy went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and was so kind to him. She apologized to me and another customer for having to wait. The cook and all the other staff working were so incredibly kind as well with this man. Kindness and patience go a long way and all of the employees yesterday deserve a raise!...

When my autistic son refused to get out of the car I called (no drive thru) and asked if I could place my order and if they would come out to the car to get my CC. They happily obliged and the food was great as always! Love 5-Guys! Matt N
