I spend too much money here for “new” or “fill in” workers to be rude and give very little food in the containers. Clearly they’re trying to make what’s out last all day so that they don’t have to cook fresh food which is disgusting because who knows how long it’s been out on slow days. They need to teach all the workers to show respect & appreciation to customers especially during these tough economical times when many have stopped eating out at all!!! I’ll rather drive to the bigger mall where they actually give samples to taste before deciding. Good customer service always prevails, have y’all learned nothing from Costco & Chick fi la!?

I would give it a zero stars but it's not an options. 2 days in a row now I've witnessed beyond questionable actions ( discuisting actions) yesterday 1 of the cooks/servers went to the bathroom urinated with his gloves on and returned to work still wearing the same gloves he just touched himself with. Now today I see another employee outside smoking with his gloves on, finished smoking and returns to work still wearing the same gloves. Wow.

I went there so many times I filled up a ticket getting a large meat entree every time and was told I can get a large meant entree since that's what I use to fill the card but when I went to go turn it in they didn't want to honor it she just wanted to scream and shout over me wouldn't even let me talk very poor customer service will not be returning didn't want to put a side note in I've been going there for over 10 years their customer service has went down the drain they don't care about their customers

I got the sesame chicken and spicy general chicken and they was gross. I used to like this place and the helping size fit the price but now I doubt I’ll go back. 30min drive to get nasty food to get home and find I do t even like it.
