The portions at Flaming Wok are undeniably generous, but unfortunately, the flavors fell short of expectations. The entrees lacked the "wow" factor, especially given the hefty price tag of $35 for two plates. The meats didn't quite impress, and the noodles reminded me of something similar to basic instant ramen, albeit with a hint of flavor. This experience, coupled with the subpar taste, makes it challenging to justify the cost. Opting for another Chinese restaurant or even a place like Panda Express seems more favorable. Perhaps a reevaluation of their pricing and taste quality could enhance the appeal. As for the star rating, it's hard to determine due to the overall underwhelming experience. I really wished it was better but unfortunately it is what it is.

This is our go to chinese place when we are short on funds. (I.e. Before payday at beginning of the month etc) Lots of food, tasty. The bourbon chicken is awesome. The lo mein is average. Beef and broccoli tasty meat soft but broccoli pieces huge. My dad and i both love the general Tso chicken. If you treat them with respect they treat you with respect as it should be. As to the post about 1 woman being Racist or disrespectful to them...and where is OSHA. (Must not understand what OSHA is for.) If you are nasty to them with bad attitude one woman worker there may not be so nice, she is stepping up for her and the employees. Why some people treat food service workers with disrespect from the get go I just don't understand. Many meal later and its still as good as always. If your getting multiple orders, make sure each order is done correctly. They will try to rush you to give all the orders at once... thats when they almost always mess up. For some reason mine is often incorrect but everyone else's is fine.

The meat is good, however the lo mein wasn't the best nor the rice. The ladies behind the glass are really rude and they give you attitude. Probably won't come back here.

My honest review is this, the fried rice is really good, the lo mein is ass. The egg rolls are not bad but I think they need more vegetables, orange chicken was not my favorite, the general so spicy chicken is not spicy and is phenomenal very good, the beef and broccoli has great flavor but the beef to broccoli ratio is very sad, lastly and the worst part of the meal the sweet n sour is literally watered down asf I spilt it all over the bed was not expecting it to be the same consistency as my water bottle YALL lack on that so bad please stop watering it down it's very obvious and it could be good if you didn't do this. Overall it's okay I'll be coming back next time and will get just rice and the spicy general chicken

I was recently at this place, the worst customer service you can think of. The lady taking the order was taking everything down wrong, when I corrected her she started screaming and telling me she didn’t understand what I was telling her when their menu is pretty simple. Their food is great, but they need to fix the ladies attitudes that are taking orders. Nobody wants to be getting yelled at when they get corrected for taking orders wrong and then later stating they don’t understand what I was trying to order.
When I first came here, there was no line. The two employees were talking to each other, and I had gotten the three combo meal which should’ve been 12 something alone. As shown on the screen, the lady decided to put a lot of orange chicken and only a little bit of the teriyaki. The orange chicken taste very soft and robbery & The teriyaki was pretty good. The noodles were very rubbery as well does not taste cooked all the way. However, the cheese wontons were pretty good except they tasted very sweet. I don’t know what it is inside but it’s very different than other Chinese spots. And I got a Coke bottle which was 350 and when I opened it it was very flat so my bill ran up to $21. They also over priced the guy in front of me. Claiming it was because of the tax. My problem with this place is they have one thing with the prices on it and then when you get to the register it’s a different price and I understand you have to add the tax but you need to let them know ahead of time or you just need to put with tax on the board already so that way we know what we’re paying for.

I won't be coming back here ever again gave me and my boyfriend food poisoning within 30mins after eating.. they won't answer the phone..... want a refund but no one is answering the phone...he had it worse he ate most of his food. Immediately uncontrollable diarrhea, and vomit his food up. Has been sick since it's been over an hour almost 2.

Never disappointed with Flaming Wok at Desert Sky Mall in Phoenix, AZ. We travel miles to buy only from them. These boxes contains at least 3 lbs of food each. We get at least 3 good meals from each container. A+++

Was not worth the wait rice was way over seasoned lady was really rude and treated a customer before us Like he was dum and saying stuff in her language about him telling them they put the wrong food in his plate she shouldn't be working there if she don't know how to act correctly to customers and I wouldn't mind giving the place another try as long as the rude lady isn't working there

The food here is great and will give any Chinese food place, a run for their money. With that being said, there prices continue to rise and the quality and quantity sadly do not. One combo for $15, is a bit over priced. I understand prices have gone up across the board, but their increases aren't justified in my opinion. One combo here or for a few more dollars,I can go sit down for a meal at P F CHANGS...? ?
If you are hungry for quantity than quality ? this is your choice. it's good just right if you are famished!
