I drove to the location 720 w highland ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013. They are not there. I called their phone 5 times I kept getting " the person you have dialed doesn't accept calls ". The girl inside the location told me they left a long time ago & I was the second person today to go In looking for them.

They never answer their phone and still have a message up from November......REALLY!!!! How is someone supposed to order by calling them and they don't answer the phone? Unless they have the wrong number on all of their social media. What a way to make money. The food might be great but I'll never know. I even went past the address they had on the website and it led me to a warehouse. I said I was going to try one more time to make it three strikes.

This was my first time here. It was great. I order the #1 combo: 2 fish fillets, 3 wings (sticky sauce) fries. The portions are good, the food was amazing, I loved the wings, so much flavor. I am now a loyal customer, I will be back for sure. The customer service was also great. Keep in mind it is a kitchen, so there is no sitting. Just order your food, wait for it, and go.

I am incredibly picky about my fries. If they're not piping hot then they're basically trash as far as I'm concerned. Takeout fries are always a gamble as a result. These were still delicious! So much flavor that it made the lukewarm temps tolerable. The mac n cheese and fried catfish were bomb!

I was so excited to try this place once I seen it on social media. Especially since I am from Chicago and St. Louis isn’t too far away.. I just wanted to support a black owned business and Def because they are from the Midwest. I ordered a chicken wing meal with a side of Mac and cheese and caramel cake. (Oh how I was looking forward to eating that cake?)By far the worst Mac and cheese in my entire life. (No exaggeration) it tasted as if it was crumbly and reheated via microwave no flavor at all whatsoever. No taste no seasoning.Chicken extremely greasy, like literally soaked into grease with no seasoning. No taste. No FLAVOR. I didn’t even want to hand it to a bum on the street. I wasted my $$$!!!1/5 of the fries were edible others were small skin crumbs.No drink comes with a $20+ meal not even a small soda can ??! I’ve read the reviews and the owner or whomever responds needs to take a customer service 101 class.Caramel cake was soft and good but not the taste of a traditional caramel cake. Which by far was the best thing on my plate. I was so disappointed with this experience and will never recommend them to my worst enemy.

Please excuse the disrespectful way I ripped this bag open lol, just ai couldn't wait to get home. The fish was fried and seasoned to perfection. They fries are yummy and I could eat a jar of the pickles.

Something Phoenix was missing is finally here!!! I love me some wings so when I heard about Flavorz it was a must-try and it did not disappoint. I'm normally a dried rub wings person but these wings hit the spot. To add to the mix the catfish and shrimp are so good, made with a lot of Flavorz. Call if you want to hear more about the mixed combo. Yep, they even have a secret, not so secret menu :). Also, check out their Instagram page for items not listed on the menu. The owner is also very personable, but don't try to ask too many questions during their rush hour lol.

The food is amazing. The catfish is perfect, I didn’t need any hot sauce….. I will be a regular and the service was top of the line. This place is highly recommended

Food was great! I had the catfish and Mac. Fish was very flavorful which I like. Other places I've ordered from lack in the flavor department with catfish. The Mac and cheese was surprisingly a little too cheesy though for me and I'm a cheese head. The location was a little hard to find but it was a quick in and out process.
